Main Floor Renovation
Hi Guys, Here you go....if you make my wife happy you make me happy and shes thrilled. Larry and Elia managed the project flawlessly. The kitchen is beyond. The opening of the wall was genius. Bathroom Renovation
We had our master en-suite bathroom renovated by the team at the Home Improvement People (HIP). The quality of the work done by Mein and his crew was top notch. They communicated options and issues clearly and quickly and in the end the bathroom looks great. You can tell Mein takes pride in his work, and operated with respect for our home. They were able to complete the job in just over a week. We are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use the HIP for our next reno.

Basement Reno
Basement reno included a new enclosed bathroom, painted existing rough and exposed ceiling and the movement of the washer and dryer. The team and subcontracting crew is friendly, easy to work with, and considerate. They were able to start right away and work on the scope quickly and more cost effectively. However they have a few areas for improvement: Finishing - Painting and silicone is messy Rushed work - 2 leaks, poor patch work, cracked/missing grout, etc.. Follow-up: Volume of visits, not the process. Project Management not onsite and the same crew is used to fix issues after they have moved on. It took 9 weeks to get the variances resolved. I'm left touching up the walls and paint still.

Hi Aaron, We apologize for any frustration at the end. The project manager on your job is the very same Elia who is praised in dozens of reviews and is often requested by clients. He was going through a personal issue and that affected the final touches. Everything is ok now though thankfully with him and with your job. New Bathroom
We needed to build a new bathroom in our home. Having heard the Home Improvement People's ads on the radio, and having had a bad experienced with another reno. company, we felt HIP would offer quality work and good customer service. After an estimate, work began on a previously agreed upon date. Their workers worked all day, every day (excluding weekends and holidays) until the job was complete. Heinrich was the project manager and came to our house every day during construction. There were no problems or any unresolved issues that required further visits. We highly recommend the Home Improvement People.

Bathroom Renovation
I just wanted to contact you and let you know that 9 years after you installed our $10,000 bathroom renovation prize that I won on CFRB 1010 in 2006, we are still thrilled with your work! The bathroom still appears as new as the day you completed the job, and we are still so grateful for the gift you gave us! Contractors
The Home Improvement People are extremely professional and genuinely care about each project the complete. They are efficient in their process, from quoting to completion and make sure that each job runs smoothly and on time. When you allow pros to handle your renovation it becomes as enjoyable as possible.

Small Bathroom Reno
Nucu and his team were great... very punctual, self-sufficient and respectful to our home. They turned around the project twice as fast as anyone we got quotes from and they stuck to the budget quote provided.

Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation
I had my kitchen and bathroom renovated and I could not be happier with the finished project. Larry Maher was the PM and he has a great team of trades people who work really well together and are very good at their given profession. Everyone was very polite and easy to deal with. There were no major issues that came up during the project and any small issues that arose were dealt with promptly. I was really impressed that a supplier even came to the house when one of the kitchen pullouts was not working properly and he brought a new component when the first one did not work. The Home Improvement People came highly recommended and they lived up to my expecations. I really feel like I am living in a new home. Thanks very much for the great work.

Basement renovation
The home improvement people recently completed our basement reno. They did a fabulous job. We couldn't be more pleased. Elia and Chris delivered as promised and were very attentive to all our needs. Chris especially who was here everyday was a pleasure to work with. A real gentleman. Thanks and I'm sure we'll be in touch for any future projects! Regards.

Basement renovation
We recently had our basement finished by the Home Improvement People. The team of people working on our basement were efficient, hardworking, and professional. Most importantly, however, the work was completed with an attention to detail and we were very pleased with the results. Should we require renovations done in the future, we would not hesitate to hire the Home Improvement People again.
