    Window Films

    I had the window films installed by Apex on my new house recently. There are a lot of choices for the films and the quality is very good. With the frosted films it provides a sense of security so that people cannot see you from the outside. It is an excellent investment and even if I plan to resell my house later it will be considered an added feature. I am very pleased with the friendly customer service and the quick installation. I would highly recommend Apex to those who are looking for window films.

    Window Film Installation

    I live in a condo downtown. I have two glass sliding doors looking into my bedroom. I wanted to get these frosted before a Christmas party, but was kind of nervous to do it myself. I found Apex on Google and called them up. They said they could squeeze me in if I pick out the film online and measure the glass. This I did, next day it was installed. Looks awesome, hides my junk and only cost $300 bucks. I couldn't be happier.

    window film

    I was looking online for some privacy film for our side door window. When I called to place a pick-up order they were very helpful. We purchased their application kit (I highly recommend it) which includes everything one requires to do the job properly. The instructions are clear and precise. My purchase was not a large one but I was treated as if it were. We're very happy with the results and very happy with Apex's service from start to finish.

    window solar film

    we felt that our condo would be much more comfortable if we had film on the windows to minimize the heat from the sun. Apex Windows was highly recommended by a friend; we interviewed the representative and were very impressed by his knowledge and openness. We contracted right away and had the film installed within a few days. The installers were also punctual and professional and knowledgeable. We haven't had the film on the windows long enough to report on the effectiveness but the initial impression is that the room is much more comfortable than previously.

    Window Film

    One side of our house is like an oven with the afternoon sun, so I called up Apex to get more information on their window film. I requested an appointment and a few days later Dean came by to show us different options and answered all our questions. His price was very reasonable and installation was arranged very quickly. Installation went smoothly. We did have one problem with one of the films (a hair under the film) and Dean took care of it right away. The installer was back and replaced the film without any problems, I was impressed with their customer service. Now, we can enjoy the sun in the afternoon without the UV and all the heat! This window film works great!

    Window film purchase

    The whole purchasing experience had left me in awe! Apex window films has a very nice showroom in Scarborough where they display a variety of window films they carry. It was hands down a big relief for me as I was unable to decide which one would best suit my needs until I could actually see and feel the products myself. The people over there are knowledgeable and professional. Their online video about film installation has helped my family a great deal with our DIY project. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable. If anyone need window films, Apex is your best choice!

    window film installation

    I have 5 different window film companies come out to give me estimates after having done months of research on which type of window films I want and the price range. I am extremely happy with Apex Window Films’ quote in which everything is listed out in details with a fair price, no hassle and no upselling like the other ones. During the meeting with Neil from Apex Window Films, I have a lot of tough questions but he gives me his honest opinion without trying to dodge them. I also like the fact that they have a team of dedicated installers. The installation crew arrive at my home a little earlier than the scheduled time in their company vehicle, all in company uniforms and is very focused throughout the whole installation. They use drop cloth to protect my furniture and floor while they are working and clean up nicely after they are done. When I offer the crew a tip for their great service and work, they decline by saying that ‘doing a great job is what they should do’. Wow! I have never had so much trust and confidence in a contractor like I do in Apex Window Films. Not only have they earned my business, they have earned my respect and loyalty for the way they treat their customers! I will share my pleasant experience with Apex Window Films to everyone I know.

    Window film installation

    I contacted a total of five window film companies for an estimate to put up some graphic artwork in my office. Apex Window Films stood out from the others on my first encounter with them. I called them on a Saturday eening expecting to leave a voicemail message. Instead I was greeted by a live person on the phone. I met with their sales person the following day which was Sunday and an estimate was sitting in my in-box by Sunday evening. One of the other companies I contacted called me back on Monday but could not schedule a meeting until later in the week, while the other three companies did not get back to me until middle of the week. None of these four companies was able to give me a quote the same day like Apex did. I am glad that I chose Apex Window Films. Their installation crew showed up on time in ASpex uniforms. Their installers were well mannered, efficient and clean. The crew chief did a walk through with me upon completion of the job to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. Apex Window Films has exceeded my expectation in every way. I will definitely recommend them to my family, friends, business associates and community !

    Bird Friendly Film

    I tried to buy bird friendly film for my windows and ordered online but was charged in $US rather than $CDN. When I questioned this Dean wouldn't respond. I phoned and talked with Dave an employee who refunded my money. Dean wouldn't respond further to any of my questions.

The bird film is made of different materials and to various specifications. There is a notation on the description of the product for the end user to contact our office before placing an order. Our records show that you ordered this film online on Tuesday April 1. As soon as we were notified of your concerns, the refund was made within a couple of hours on the same day. Dean has also emailed you twice on that day apologizing for the confusion while trying to get the quirk in the system fixed. We have since disabled the ability to purchase this product directly online. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience that have caused you.     Transparent Window Films for Privacy and Security

    We are incredibly thrilled with the excellent work that Neil and his team from Apex Window Films did on our windows. Our downtown Toronto 100+ semi-detached Victorian house was just renovated and we needed to find a creative solution to address the privacy concerns we had with a few windows in the house. One window is in the bathroom and the other window faces directly into the window of our next door neighbour. Thank god I stumbled across Apex Window Films' extensive website which included a large number of samples of all different kinds of window films for residential and commercial uses; both for privacy purposes as well as security purposes. Neil came to the house for an on-site visit and we discussed the various options. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide valuable guidance, based on our needs. For consistency, we finally selected the fading blinds privacy film for the 2 windows which lets the light in but maintains our privacy. We also installed transparent security film on our new French doors leading out to the deck which is strong enough to discourage attempts at breaking and entering. In addition, to avoid having our bay windows in the family room totally exposed during the day time, we also had a transparency film installed with a 20% mirror effect that addresses this issue. You can't even tell that there is anything on the windows but the 20% mirror effect is just enough to provide us with a modicum of privacy during the daytime. Rather than installing the window films ourselves, we arranged for Apex Window Films' installers to handle that. They were very polite, professional and efficient and did an amazing job. I was pleasantly surprised that Apex's quote was so reasonable. It was truly great value for excellent work that only enhances our house. We are very grateful to Neil and the Apex team for doing a top-notch job. Neil followed up with me afterwards by phone to ensure that the installation went well and to confirm whether we had any issues. Now that's great service!
