    Hvac install

    Limcan installed a new Hvac system in our home on July 24th. From start to finish a fantastic experience! From Sean the sales rep to the install team of Gary and Mike, those two guys worked tirelessly all day and did a great job, thank you. Limcan installed a Lennox system in our home and it was very competitively priced! We would highly recommend Limcan to anybody looking to get a new Hvac system in there home!

    furnace and air conditioner maintenance

    Limcan has serviced my furnace and air conditioner for years. Today I had Dana here and he was great. Answered all my questions in a very polite and business like manner. He even installed something on my air conditioner to reduce the amount of hydro I am using. (this was paid for by me at a reduced cost because I am a long time customer.

    Would have given higher rating, but...

    Called Limcan to help with a leaky supply line to our water heater. Return caller from company was prompt and courteous. I told the company rep that I had a leaky supply line. Service call was scheduled for later that same day. Service tech “Jake” arrived as scheduled and advised that a “diagnosis fee” ($139.95) would be charged on top of cost of repair. I reiterated that I knew what the issue was. I authorized the work to be done and contacted Limcan and asked that the “diagnosis fee” be waived. The fee was cut in half for a total repair bill of $360 for less than an hour’s work. I would have given a higher overall score, had the diagnosis fee been waived.

    Rheen water heater

    From first contact to installation was very quick. The 2 installers, Chris and Blake were very friendly and very professional. They performed their job with excellence. They both took care to show me the details and processes of the heater. They took care to ensure all was cleaned up prior to leaving. Great installers. Gerd and Iris

    Air conditioner quote

    Wanted 6000 for a unit i could have installed for 1/2 that cost Great salesman but couldnt get past the cost I guess someone has to pay for the added bonus features installed with unit Eg humidifyer , duct cleaning and cash card back from Costco In the end i ordered from a competitor, same unit half the price ..

    Air Conditioning

    When I booked my appointment, I thought they would just come in, look around and give me a quote. But the consultant who came was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, while thoroughly explained the product and how to achieve maximum benefit from its use. Would definitely recommend.

    Repaired gas leak

    During a meter replacement, Enbridge found a gas leak and issued a warning tag. I called Limcan (as they had installed a furnace for me last year) and got someone live on the phone right away. A technician was dispatched and arrived within 90 minutes of the initial phone call. The technician was excellent and the issue was resolved by mid afternoon. Excellent customer service!!

    Duct Cleaning

    I was very happy with the duct cleaning job. The crew was very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, performed the work quickly and did a thorough clean up before leaving.

    Furnace Maintenance

    I had my annual furnace maintenance completed by Mike this morning. I have gotten to know Mike over the past 4 years and he is extremely courteous, friendly and professional. He knows his job inside out and explains everything as he goes along. He cleaned the furnace, serviced it and vacuumed it, which I was very pleased with. I would certainly recommend Mike and Lincan to anyone. Great job Mike. Keith & Mary Kowcinak.

    Annual furnace maintenence

    Had technician in for annual service to furnace. I received great service. The technician was very polite olite technician and kept the work area clean. I would recommend any time.
