    regular servicing, and repair

    Limcan technicians must be hand-picked! I have been a customer for many years, (through all the name changes!), and have never had cause to complain. Mike has been my regular service man for more than six years, but while he was on holiday my furnace stopped working and Maddie came out to do the diagnosis. The furnace needed a new part, and Jeanette in the office ordered it. Through no fault of hers the part did not arrive for five days, but Jeanette phoned me at least once a day with an update. When the part arrived, Natalie came within an hour of it being left at the office, and installed it. All four of these people get top marks for being efficient, friendly, polite, and for keeping me and my gas equipment happy! Thank you, Limcan!

    Happy with the results in Oshawa

    I am pleased with the maintenance and cleaning service of my furnace provided by technician Alton. He represents Limcan positively. He was receptive and took time to ensure he answered my questions.

    Service

    Maddie was very efficient and friendly. She explained what she had to do to fix our furnace and advised us on servicing options. We would recommend highly to any of our friends.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Natalie (Nate) is a great technician! This is the 2nd time she has serviced our furnace and I highly recommend her. She is very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. To top things off, she loves dogs!

    No heat furnace

    Contacted Limcan today as the furnace stopped blowing heat. Appointment scheduled and received a call back that Nate could arrive earlier than expected, even better. Nate arrived with a “warm” greeting and professional attitude. Greeted the kids and gave the little guy a furnace demo from a safe distance because he was curious. Nate identified and solved the issue while providing details during the process which I really appreciated. Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, Nate was a pleasure to deal with.     Furnace Tune-Up

    I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am very satisfied with the service and support I have received. I specifically requested Mike Takla for this essential service as I know I can trust his work and assessment of my equipment. Mike is a very nice man that demonstrates pure professionalism for my home as well as our comfort and safety. Mike took the time to review my service and billing to provide a positive customer experience. I look forward to seeing Mike again in the spring or my Air-Conditioning Tune-up!

    Annual furnace and air conditioning inspection

    Great service from Carl. Inspected and clean heat exchanger and cleaned drains. Checked temperatures and performance of both air conditioner and Furnace. Air filter was changed. Carl was knowledgeable and efficient at his task.

    Mislead

    Was told the capacitor and the blower motor needed replacement. The technician told us that we should replace it and she kept pushing it and insisted we should replace it, her name was “Nate”. I was not comfortable with her pushy attitude and wanted a 2nd opinion and it paid off. I called someone else, a small business off Kijiji and they said only the blower motor needed replacing and they fixed it for 400 including the service call. Limcan wanted 832 plus hat and and ac top up. From now on I will support small business!!!

    Air Conditioner

    The whole team of staff from receptionist, installers, advisor and technicians are amazing! The customer service provided goes above and beyond and we would never change companies. There service appointments are the next day and they offer great advice. When installing they laid carpets down to keep dirt off floors and cleaned up after installation! I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again. Jane P.

    Annual Furnace and A/C Maintenance

    Kyle arrived this morning as scheduled for our annual Furnace and A/C Maintenance. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He explains everything he does - and has been here the last few years. It is so nice to have someone we trust do this for us. I would highly recommend Limcan Certified - they have installed this unit (Furnace and A/C) for us and maintained it annually since. Definitely a great organization.
