Got it up and running in minutes. Gave me a lesson with the Nest thermostat when he was finished with the fireplace. Much needed and appreciated.

Lets start with annual service provided by Lincan/Walker. Since 2010 I have had the furnace tuned by Mike Takla. I have always asked specifically for him. He is personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I trust him with my furnace issues. Our furnace was 15 years old and even though I have always taken care of it I thought that it was getting near the end and I wanted to be proactive ie. not have it break down in January. So we purchased a new. Lennox furnace and air conditioner through Lincan/Walker. The sales rep Derek was very easy to work with otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. The installers Justine and Nick did a first rate job. They spent the entire day making sure that everything was done properly. Probably could have done it faster by taking shortcuts but they did it properly. We purchased the new energy efficient modulating furnace. After a week we both notice a difference how constantly warm it keeps our two storey 2500 sq. ft. house. I probably could have got this furnace and AC for less at another company but service matters to me and as I am 70 years old I have learned through the years that usually you get what you pay for.

We had a great experience with Limcan Walker. In July, Mike came out and did a full inspection and cleaning of our furnace and a/c unit. Even gave us tips on how to keep our 20yr+ furnace running smoothly. Now it's winter and we can't believe how quiet the furnace is compared to last year. Was great to chat with...I would definitely ask for Mike to come back and service our furnace. Highly recommend them to others! Thanks Mike!

Nate Reinert was very professional and prompt and actually took the time to explain all of the items on our invoice. She also gave a recommendation about our electronic air cleaner which took to heart. Nate also told us about a Christmas toy drive the company but there was no pressure to spend the extra money Excellent service visit. We have been with Limcan Walker for some time now and have never had any complaints. Every one of their service technicians we have dealt with have extremely professional. We would definitely recommend this company and have done so on several occasions.

overall service was satisfactory but technician did not change the filter that was 3 months old & was dirty. Technician claimed that it was checked & looked fine but upon inspection after technician left, It certainly needed to be changed & was done by me.

Come every year for service and I pay monthly which is very convenient for me. Very prompt service and very professional and informative.

The sales consultant was very helpful and provided great advice. We could reach him with questions at any time and he would respond. The technicians who installed the furnace and water heater did a phenomenal job. The workmanship was top notch and they performed high quality work. We were very impressed with the knowledge and expertise demonstrated by the technicians. We feel assured that the work performed was of exceptional quality and reliability.
