I recently had my air conditioner and furnace replaced by Limcan /Walker (Service Experts). David, the salesperson was very informative. The installation team of Blair and Chris we're very efficient and did a very good job. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs an air conditioning or furnace

I called Limcan Walker to repair my central air.I was told that a technician would be there between 3 and 4pm.The technician (Natalie) arrived at 330pm as promised.Natalie promptly and efficiently found the problem (capacitor).Replaced the part immediatley .Cleaned up the work sight.We found Natalie to be kind courteous and truly an expert in her field.Thankyou Natalie and Limcan Walker.

We have dealt with Limcan Walker (Certified Heating) for many years and have always valued their good service. In June 2017 our air conditioner broke down and we were notified by our technician that it would likely be more cost efficient to replace rather than repair. Within a few minutes we received a call from David Bissonette, a residential customer service rep. David came to see us later that day to assess our needs and was very professional in his handling of our account. We advised David that we would need a quick turn around as I am asthmatic and as we care for my 94 year old mom. David assured us he would do everything to expedite this and he lived up to this commitment. Within a few days we received a call and our new air conditioner was installed. The installers were personable, careful and worked very cleanly. Our air conditioner was completely installed, and because of its location, the tec re ommended we install noise dampener blanket. We ordered this through David and a few days later it was installed. We found all interactions with service reps and techs to be very positive and would highly recommend this team for your air conditioning needs.

They arrived between the tie that I had asked for and they were on time. The problem was fixed immediately. The price was reasonable and Kyle was very professional and made sure the rest of the system was running to code.

Two separate occasions for two separate issues. Furnace was diagnosed by a junior and senior technician. They verified with the manufacturer the acceptable levels. And informed me of the result. The a/c seemed to emit an odour. The technician did a walk around the property, and throughout both suites. He provided education for things to look for. Conclusion was that it was not an equipment problem but an environmental issue. Good customer service. Knowledgable technicians. Prompt service.

Required main switch at electrical box to be turned on. Technician checked air conditioner, thermostat and then main switch. He was very professional and courteous

Yearly maintenance, this is stupid that you need me to type more words for not apparent reason!!!!!!!

Had the annual maintenance checkup performed on our a/c today. We have the Plus Maintenance Annual Plan and it is worth every penny of the low cost. Our service tech today was Mike Takla and like past techs, performed excellent service. I can highly recommend Limcan Walker Heating Service Experts. They are the "go-to" company for sales and services for your a/c and furnace needs. Thank you Mike for arriving at the scheduled time slot and being very professional in performing the service tune-up. Next scheduled service in October for the furnace. We upgraded our heating and air conditioning system this week and used Limcan Walker Certified Heating because we were happy with previous service. Best decision we ever made. The technicians were hard working, courteous, and the installation went very smoothly, even though they had to work outside on a rainy day! They were very thorough in following up the installation with instructions on how to use and maintain the equipment. We continue to be very happy customers and look forward to future service with Limcan Walker.

Work was done promptly. Knowledgeable and very skilled service technician. Appreciated that the work site was cleaned up afterwards and everything put back.
