Warranty work was completed, 2 nd trip to do so, wrong parts brought on both trips, would normally be questioning Limcam as a company but service tech had a great attitude. Instead of replacing the rubber boot, he siliconed it but not the correct fix. Should have a new replacement part put on

AC tune-up, cleaned outdoor unit, cleared drain, checked service valves, adjusted fan speed, and checked electrical - all running to manufacturer's spec.

The technicians were professional ,knowledgable , respectful of our new home . would definitely use them again .

The diagnostic visit was prompt, if a little expensive at $111. Service man was polite and professional. I received no call on Tuesday after holiday Monday so I had to phone. My repair person was very polite and professional and made sure everything was fine. Kyle H. did a good job. I found out my tank was ten years old and perhaps I could have been advised to just get a new one.
