    Furnace and Airconditionet Maintenance

    Salem came earlier than scheduled, after the company confirmed it was OK (it was). He quickly got down to work, performing the maintenance on both the A/C and the furnace. He found an issue with the A/C, which he said he will report so that the company will schedule a separate service call. Once he was done, he cleaned up, reported the results, and concluded the service call. No muss, no fuss, just as it should be.

    Air Conditioning Service

    AC repair

    I was very pleased with my technician but very upset with the company...they came Wednesday for a repair...the part had to be ordered...it's now Friday and I get a call the part is in but they won't be here until Tuesday...that's a week difference...all diagnostics have already been complete and a simple replacement of a capacitor...they should make me a high priority over a new customer as I have already had my initial appointment...unfortunately for me I had a major water leak that caused damage to the basement and mold...I took time off work to remove and repair drywall...but there is no way in this heat I can under in the heat conditions...work like that has be done wearing proper protective gear...I am NOT a happy camper...

    License Annual A/C Maintenance 2022

    I received my Annual A/C Maintenance on my Lennox unit. My technician was Miguel. He arrived promptly and was courteous throughout the visit. He took the time to explain the work done & explain any concerns regarding same. Kudos to Miguel for his customer service

    Poor quality of furnace

    We purchased a new furnace and heat pump from Limcan less than 2 years ago. We have had at least 6 service calls for repairs. Also, they do not have parts with them, even a fuse. We have had to wait up to 2 weeks for a part to be replaced. After one week we called, they said "do you want us to order the part" YES, we have already waited a week.. As I am typing this I am waiting for a call to say they have the most recent repair part... Also, they advertise 24/7 for repairs we always wait at least till next day, or longer. Would not recommend.

    Andre's from Limcan for Annual Maintenance of Heat Pump/Air Handler

    Andre was an absolute pleasure to deal with, after the Head Office organization missed my annual scheduled appointment and gave me the run around FOR A WEEK, a customer fro 21 years. So it WAS a pleasure to have someone come out and clear things up, do annual maintenance/checkup on our HVAC System of a Heat Pump and Air Handler/Backup electric furnace. Andre was courteous, competent and a pleasure to deal with. I request that in future visits Andre be OUR REGULAR SERVICE TECHNICIAN - he would be hard to be beat. He was thorough, yet quick and efficient, easy to talk with and get everything sorted out to MY SATISFACTION.
