Installation of 2 smart switches, one of which needed a neutral wire. Jonah was on time, polite, efficient, helpful, and did a fine job. Highly recommended.

None of the bathroom outlets were working. They came in, tested everything and replaced all the fixtures. Working again!

We had work done by someone else that didnt meet code. After chatting with Captain Electric they sorted everything out in a day. Their inspection and quote were detailed and well explained, and the work was quick and thorough. Wish we had gone with them in the first place! Also, they worked around our schedule and made it so much less painful.

We have hired contractors in the past and must say that we were blown away by the quality of service we received from Captain Electric! From our initial email of asking for a quote, all the way to the end, they were consistent in responding timely and clearly, providing us with all the information we needed in order to make decisions. Kevin came to scope out the job and provided us with a quote, and we appreciated his professionalism and willingness to answer all the questions we had regarding the work involved. On the day of the upgrade, Kevin and Terayus showed up on time and were respectful of our house as they set-up equipment to do the work. The pictures below show the quality of the work you can expect from Captain Electric. They did everything with care and we are so happy to have done this project with them!

We hired Captain Electric to install two new bathroom exhaust fans and several potlights in our home. From initial contact to in-person consultation (including immediate quote), speedy booking to work completion and follow-up, Captain Electric exceeded our expectations! Communication, knowledge, experience, professionalism and quality of work were all top notch! Jackson, our project manager, kept everything organized every step of the way, including sub-contract arrangements with the roofer, and was available for any questions or concerns. The crew was in and out in a day with no follow-up needed. By the time they left, not only did we have both fans and all potlights installed, we had a new doorbell, wiring for several old fixtures removed, our fireplace properly disconnected for further work and a surge protector installed (which we didn't even know what an option). I called end of day Friday for someone to check transformer wiring/doorbell and chimes. Dave arrived 45 mins later and addressed all issues. He explained what was needed and swapped out parts. Excellent response, clear pricing explained up front and very customer centric. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for electrical work.
