    Pest control for ants within home-bathroom ceiling trouble spot, porch outside

    Signed up with Abell Pest Control in July 2016. First intake with Diane was friendly, understanding and professional. Technician Mike B was exceptional with service treatment. Very friendly and explained treatment process and expectations. Returned two months later as planned for second treatment. The 1st treatment was successful in getting rid of ants inside and out. Highly recommended.

    Wasp Nest Crisis

    Had a wasp nest up inside my front porch wall, couldn't access it to even try to spray it myself. Caused a lot of grief & stress coming & going at my front door for myself and visitors. Abell came and conquered.... answered all my fearful questions.... and not one single wasp left to terrorize after their visit. So happy I called the professionals!

    pest control

    Tech was on time and very professional.The 100 day warranty is a great piece of mind to have.Everything was explained before it was done and products were safe to use around pets/kids which is a huge relief.

    Insect eradication

    I contacted Abell after my own attempts to get rid of bed bugs failed. Francine in the office was courteous and helpful in explaining how they work and what preparations I had to make. Mr. Kroon, the technician did everything that was requested and more. He was very courteous and explained his work clearly. He came promptly for the followup visit and we have had no problems since. I can recommend Abell fully.

    Excellent service

    I had this company treat a yellow jacket wasp nest hidden under my ground level deck. Their service was excellent and the technician was very knowledgable. I am now able to enjoy my backyard again.

    Mice Problem

    Abell Pest Control was called and gave a quote of $369 to handle a problem with mice. They provided entry control identification and abatement with bait and copper gauze on identified entry points externally. They set up three bating stations, where mice dirt had been found as well as a load of bait into the attic where mouse tracks had been seen. After their first visit in May we no longer saw mice. Their second visit in September has shown some minor feeding activity on the bait in two stations. So far not bad! And good that we still haven't seen another mouse. I'll update in January after the fall to see if we get more activity with the cold weather arriving.

    Find Someone Else

    Found mouse droppings in the garage, placed a trap down and caught one the next day. Thought it best to call in a "professional" to deal with the situation. This is where I made a mistake in calling Abell. The rep who came out was lazy and had to be prompted to check the entire house. No urgency at all given to the situation. This continued as it was like pulling teeth to get them to come back for return visits despite us reporting seeing mice in the house. The manager from Abell informed me that this was a one year project and not to expect anything more. My mistake in thinking of calling AN EXTERMINATOR to get rid of my mouse problem. Better to set traps myself and start charging the mice rent in the mean time - at least I could get some of my wasted money back.

    Hornet Nest in Exterior Bricks

    We saw hornets entering and leaving through holes in the brick cement at the corner of the house, and it was obvious there was a nest. Abell sent someone within a day and after confirming our suspicion, he applied a foam inside the holes. They said they would come back if the problem wasn't resolved, but we saw no more hornets after the treatment. Thank you, Abell.

    Annual pest control

    We purchased an annual package for pest control through this company. I will not renew my package nor recommend this company to others looking to control pests in and around their home. I have been frustrated by the service since making this purchase. They charged my credit card without my authorization for a scheduled home visit that was part of my annual package (I didn't give them permission to keep my card on file). They do not return calls to book home visits or show up for scheduled visits. I called Abell to check for bed bugs after my daughter and I developed a rash that we were told looked like bed bugs. The inspector told us that he found bed bugs but did not provide proof. Just prior to spending thousands of dollars to treat our home for said bed bugs we decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion was far more professional and after a much more extensive search of our home, he did not find bed bugs. Six months later, we still do not have bed bugs.

    Pest Control - Mice

    Called abell to book for a mouse problem, they only ever quoted for a year's service! Outrageous But knowing I needed a service, I told them to come out. The guy was nice and friendly. He gave me 2 suggestions to 'fix' entry points, which I did that day! He placed bait stations, made me pay upfront and left. Since that time, the problem has become increasingly worse! I am in tears over the now more obvious infestation, and when I call to get ahold of someone to come and re-evaluate / help, etc, I get the run around!! Any trace of the mice, I clean up immediately and disinfect. It's been a month since abell was here, and just saw 2 mice in the kitchen and one in my dining room - how is this a service I shoul be paying for? As a single mom, it was hard enough to find the money to contract a company - let alone one that made me do a full year - only to be disappointed even more than ever - I am so disappointed
