Second time we have had to use a Pest Control service, approx 4 years apart. The first service we used sent someone over who was incredibly rushed and couldnt be bothered to thoroughly inspect the house for exposure points and provide some guidance about what we needed to do to seal up access points. Instead, they just threw a bunch of bait in areas of mice activity and where on their way.
Nick at Abell was a godsend comparatively. He spent a good couple of hours explaining everything we needed to do and you could tell that he actually cared about helping us overcome the challenges faced with living in attached housing on a busy street near restaurants etc... He was also shocked that the previous service we use threw bait into areas of the house not in baiting stations with a dog and children around.
Yes, Abell is more expensive than other services, but you get multiple sight visits to make sure the problem is eliminated properly and they are truly a professional operation. I learned the hard way from the first experience that you dont want to cheap out on this service as the repurcussions are always going to be costlier down the road.
