Had a problem with carpenter bees in our 3rd floor soffits and fascia. Embo arrived promptly and dealt with the problem efficiently and courteously. Just a great team of people. I recommend them highly.

Had a problem with wasps on my front porch and called Embo Pest Control. They resolved the situation in a timely and professional manner, I would not hesitate calling them in the future.

After home inspectors found evidence of mice in my attic, I called Embo Pest Control and Mike answered. Mike explained rodent behaviour and where the best places to set traps. He answered all my questions and took photos of my attic after he was done laying traps. He went above and beyond of what I was asking for. I will continue to use EMBO services in the future.

Excellent service I was so pleased with the way Mike answered all of my questions, my dog was so anxious Mike even calmed her down. You know you can trust a service man when your dog feels comfortable!!! Thank you job well done!

I have had pest issue with the mentioned, wasps, rats, mice, squirrels and ants. Each time Mike came for the rats, mice and ants, Doug came for the wasps nest. There was another fella who came to clean up a squirrel issue where the squirrel chewed through the plastic roof vent. Each time I was told what to expect for each method. The mouse bait stations left two years ago even cleaned up this years mouse intrusion. I cannot explain why there are bad reviews on here, competition maybe? Anyway I highly recommend EMBO for pest control

The service from Mike for Grimsby was excellent. He was able to respond quickly to our first request and treated for 2 nests in our house behind the fascia and another behind the siding. He advised that the one nest might need a second treatment. He was right and when I called he was onsite within a couple of hours. Very professional service that I would definitely recommend.

WE HAD SQUIRRELS IN OUR ATTIC OF OUR BUNGALOW. CALLED "EMBO PEST CONTROL" AND THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND ASSESSED THE SITUATION AND GAVE A QUOTE. I HIRED THEM AND THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. RAN AROUND TO DIFFERENT STORES TO LOCATE AND REPLACE MY ROOF VENTS WHERE THE SQUIRRELS WERE GETTING IN. DEALT WITH JUSTIN VERY NICE POLITE GUY. ALSO GLUED MY EXTERIOR WALL VENT AT NO CHARGE. DID THE LITTLE THINGS TO HELP OUT. WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. VERY SATISFIED

I won't be using this company again. I used them six months ago for cockroaches and they give a 6 month guarantee. We still had cockroaches (but less) two months later. I called and never got a return call. I knew my 6 months were almost up and I wanted another spray especially because we are having a baby any day now. I finally got a hold of a guy and he told me that I was a week late for my guaranteed spray and that I would have to pay another fee again. A week late. No one called me back and he wouldn't budge. I called another company, told them my story and they gave me a deal. For the sake of a week, it's not worth losing customers. I won't use them again.
