We had several repairs that required skilled craftsmen, and Tomar provided that! Gildo and his team were pleasant, professional and hardworking. He identified repairs vs replace, and inspired confidence that the job would be done right. We are delighted with the results! We would absolutely recommend Tomar Construction! We recently enlisted Tomar Construction to design a patio and surrounding landscaping for our backyard. I cannot say enough good things about this company, Gildo and his crew. They are true professionals in every way. Gildo's design ideas were top notch, his pricing extremely reasonable, and the quality of work done was totally superb. The work was done in a timely manner and exceeded all of our expectations.

Tomar construction is by far the best contractor that we have had to date. Their work is top notch, as they pay close attention to the fine details. They are professional, reliable and courteous. Our home has a reverse sloping driveway that necessitates a retaining wall adjacent to the front walkway to the house. The original retaining wall wasn't well done and needed replacing. Gildo came to give me a quote, recommended a much more durable material and offered suggestions. When he showed up with the crew to do the work, they did the work quickly keeping everything neat and tidy. The resulting wall is integrated with the steps and looks fabulous. Gildo, his father Tony and the crew were very accommodating and they consulted with me on decisions as the work progressed. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with - really knowledgeable about their craft and super nice people. I highly recommend this company! Now I just have to find a railing contractor who is as easy to deal with.

Honest, in that Gildo provided terrific counsel at every step of the process, he had practical ideas for problem-solving and was true to his quote. He provided great recommendations for where to buy our material, what to look for and when we needed some extra help with electrical. Gildo introduced us to George Tam at Integrated Design Associates and together they turned our disaster of a backyard into a true destination for our family and friends. Gildo and his team are craftsmen who know exactly what they are doing and they are passionate about getting it right, down to the details. We could not be happier with our experience.

I would like to highly recommend Tomar Construction for all your landscaping needs. Gildo met with my wife and I at our house on two separate occasions to discuss our proposed layout and his recommendations. We never felt pressured or rushed to sign a contract and only did so when we were completely satisfied and comfortable. Gildo and his crew showed up at our placed exactly as scheduled and were there for two and a half days until the job was completed. During construction, all our questions were answered and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to our friends.
