Metal fence and gate installation
Not only do we have exactly the fence we wanted for a very reasonable price, but working with Mike was a pleasure. After we made the first call for an estimate he came right away to inspect our yard in person and to ask us questions so he could give the most detailed and accurate estimate possible. He gave us a number of options and explained everything clearly. He arranged for someone to come and mark our gas lines so there was no trouble with that. He came to install the posts precisely when he said he would, and he removed the remainder of our old fence leaving no mess behind. After our panels arrived he installed them right away. The whole process was a breeze, and the fence looks fantastic. I highly recommend Best Fence!

cedar fence
Mike from Best Fence was delightfully honest, gentle natured and courteous who impressed me by his prompt and detailed replies and did his best to work around our tight schedule. He skillfully advised and helped us negotiate the design of our double sided cedar fence with our neighbours to the satisfaction of all. He arrived offering an alternative profile and design detail that was sensitive and appropriate to the aesthetics of our house clearly explaining the changes in appearance as well as price. He and his employee worked hard and periodically had us inspect/review the construction throughout the day. They thoroughly cleaned the patio when they were done and took away all waste material. I highly recommend Best Fence.

Pool fence
Mike from Best Fence was recommended to us by our neighbour. We shopped around for a fence around our pool with many companies and after meeting with Mike decided to have him do the fence for us. I must say he was fantastic, worked diligently to meet our time frame, showed up exactly when he said he would come, communicated with us during the entire project and built a beautiful fence. He knew all the bylaw requirements for pool enclosures and was able to pick a perfect design that blended into the yard well. His price was the best quote we received and although he did extra work for us he never charged us for it. If you need a fence built there is no better company than Best Fence - we would highly highly recommend Mike!

Fence
Thank you so much - the style of fence & workmanship is excellent; a perfect "10". We have had many compliments from neighbours and friends. I really appreciate the time you spent to work with us & build a fence that suits our needs; again, great job !

Cedar fence and gate
I had finally made the decision to put in a fence and gate along the side of the house. After researching on Homestars, I found that Best Fence had the best reviews and made the call to Mike. The next day Mike had given me an estimate and within a week the fence and gate were up. Mike even repaired the old gate on the other side. I would highly recommend Mike at Best Fence. I know that I will use Best Fence for future projects. Thank you Mike!

Cedar Gate
Mike was brilliant. My husband contacted 4-5 fence contractors and Mike was first to reply, and with the most detailed information. He answered a million questions before we even hired him. He booked us for our closing date on the new house and built an absolutely gorgeous heavy-duty cedar gate, 8-9 feet wide, to close off our driveway. We are incredibly impressed with his work and will hire him ASAP for our backyard fence later this summer!!

Chain Link Fence and Gates
Best Fence provided courteous and professional service, good advice and a quality product at a fair price. Mike managed a difficult project with patience and good humour and it was a pleasure to have him and his staff working at our home. We highly recommend Best Fence.

Pool Fence
After a search on Homestars we called Mike of Best Fence (prompted by great reviews) who showed up on time and impressed us with his nice nature, professionalism and most of all knowledge of regulations regarding pools for our area (Thornhill). He made some great suggestions and after selecting the style, promised us a written estimate within 48 hours. 24 hours later the estimate was in. We had sought several other quotes through recommendations. Two failed to show. One showed but never sent a quote. The pool company's guy said: I do not really do fences so try someone else as I will be expensive. We called Mike and gave him the green light. Offered a deposit to get it going. "Do not worry - give it to me when we come to put in the posts next week." Posts were installed on time as promised. We then told him we needed the rest done sooner than anticipated due to an inspection. "No problem" said Mike. "We will be there next Tuesday." (a week later). As of writing - Mike has just finished installing a top quality fence, done magnificent work and we are ready for inspection. WHAT A DREAM TO WORK WITH! Thank you Mike. We have already alerted Mike that in the Spring we will use him to add on to the older wood fence that came with the house. Do not hesitate. Chainlink and Iron Fence
We were looking to replace our existing chain link fence with a new black chain link and two iron gates. I saw reviews for Best Fence on HomeStars and decided to give him a call for an estimate. We immediately knew we wanted to hire him for the job as he is very punctual, detail oriented and had many suggestions; not to mention his price is very fair. I would say that we are very demanding and detail oriented thus we have very high standards when it comes to how the job is done and the quality of workmanship. I must admit that Mike met all our high standards and did a fabulous job on our fence and gates. He always returned our calls promptly which I find can be a challenge with many companies. He accommodated all our wishes no questions asked. I would definitely recommend him to our friends and family and would not hesitate to call him in the future. Very happy with our decision to hire Mike for the job.

Wood fence, privacy fence and Iron Eagle fence
Mike at Best Fence is a true professional. From the initial consultation to the installation, our experience was wonderful.
