    Impeccable customer service. I've used another bin company before and this one suits me better. I rented a 9 yard bin - they came right away and picked up right on time. The price was less than I expected - maybe I was paying more for the previous company? For sure I will be renting with them again. Will definitely refer :) Again - admin was super nice!

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    First time I've used their service and I was disappointed. This is my last time as well. My contractor have to do work twice as the bin was not on site as per schedule. I called them and don't receive any prompt response. The bin suppose to be at my property at 8am where as they showed up at 2.00pm. Moreover they damage my driveway and charged my way over what was decided over the phone. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Stay away. They ruined my new driveway.

    Please dont use this company. Their unsealed and rust filled container destroyed my driveway and they wont take responsibility for it, leaving me with thousands of dollars of repair costs. See the attached pictures for what you can expect. They claim they did enough after sending a company to chemically remove the rust during the winter (between snow and ice storms). Come spring, the unsightly rust remained on the dark stones, which need to be replaced. Despite it being their fault, they have just told me its my problem. Please dont let this happen to you. Please dont let them near your property or your driveway.

    4 yard landscaping bin

    Great drop off and pickup service. Very accommodating and friendly customer service and excellent driver service. Bin was solid and in good condition and was one of the best prices I could find.

    Garbage removal from our basement

    We hired guys from Bin There Dump That to haul all the garbage from our basement. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Guys came on time and did really great job. Will use this company in the future, thanks!

    BIN RENTAL OVERCHARGED

    I rented their 4 yard bin for mixed garbage and could fill only half of that bin. They charge me for 2.74 Tons(2,740kgs). 50% of the loaded stuff was wooden cabinets and tree wastage, 25% was dry soil, and 25% was concrete and asphalt. I loaded all this stuff single-handedly in 50 minutes without using any machine. This company manipulate weigjht. beware of it.

    Junk removal in Etobicoke

    We used Bin There Dump That to remove an old garbage from our garage. This guys are professionals. They provided us with a quote by phone. Price was reasonable in comparison with other companies. Thanks again!

    junk removal for moving

    I used this service 3 times in 2017 to ready two homes for moving. From their customer service to their timely delivery and picking up of the bin when requested, their service was exceptional. The driveway in all cases was protected, and they swept up around where the bin had been placed after it was put back on the truck. The drivers in all cases were courteous and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the occasion arise.

    Repeat bin renter - great customer experience

    I rarely do these reviews, but I have to in this case. I've rented several bins from this company and have had a great experience each time. They show up when they say they will, they're always pleasant on the phone, and the drivers are always courteous and do everything they can to accommodate tight spaces. I just had a bin picked up, and the driver took the time to roll up my tarp neatly for me. Little touches, they matter. Plus pricing is competitive.
