    Great job and prompt service

    Olin was fantastic, prompt and efficient and the area rug (which has had numerous cats messing it up over the past few years) came back looking brand new! Thank you. Tina

    Carpet Cleaning and Dining Room Chairs

    Olin was amazingly courteous and respectful of being on premise during these extraordinary times. The carpets and chairs looked like new. I will definitely be using Oliva for our future cleaning needs.

    Phenomenal carpet cleaning!

    Excellent carpet cleaning! Very professional and kind. I had gross pet stains on my carpet that other cleaning agents could not remove. Thanks to Oliva's amazing service I'm in love with my home again!!

    COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER

    JOHN WAS VERY THOROUGH AND WAS ABLE TO REMOVE OR SIGNIFICANTLY DIMINISH SOME STRONG STAINS. THE SYSTEM WAS NOT OVERLY NOISY AS I WORK FROM HOME AND HAD NO DISRUPTIONS. I WOULD HAPPILY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

    Residential Carpet Cleaning

    This is a local company that I highly recommend. John the technician arrived on time and very thorough throughout the whole residence. If you want a professional service and use a local business this is the company for you.

    Amazing work and customer service

    Impeccable customer service: called for appointment, received email confirmation, and got a phone call reminder the night before. John the technician was on time, very professional and did amazing job on my old sofas. I high recommend this company!

    Happy customer

    Excellent service from a very knowledgeable man. Removal of old and recent pet stains. Carpet came out beautifully. I will definitely use Oliva carpet cleaning services again. I highly recommend.

    Reliable, professional, great quality carpet cleaning

    After having another company not show up for an appt the day before my house was to be staged, I called Oliva, and they had John at my place within an hour. He was friendly, and professional, and walked through the house first to identify any areas that might need extra care. Then he thoroughly went about the cleaning, leaving the house smelling fresh, and the carpets like new. Highly recommend; John was great. Thank you for squeezing us in at the last minute!

    We had a flood!

    We had a flood in our basement and I called Olivia Carpet and Rug Cleaning for the first time. Very professional service from start to finish. They send email reminders so you know they are coming and John even called me 20min before he got there. John got out our stain and now our carpet looks like it did the day it was installed. I won’t hesitate to call them again next time and recommend them. They also do duck cleaning so I’ll give that a try next
