Blower motor went during cold snap. Required quick fix. From call taker to service (Sheldon) they professional and polite. Price was fair and competitive considering circumstances. I would them again.

The Technician was very competent and reliable. He did a great job on January 8, 2024. The terrible cold that came afterwards was no problem for the confort of the house, the furnaces work great.

Excellent service, knowledgable, friendly and very efficient. Arrived on time and reviewed all the work to be done. Furnace Maintenance by technician, was excellent. He explained what the issue was and corrective measures and proactive measures possible and costs.

Dave and Dare called in advance as requested and arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. The work was done efficiently and results were presented in the form of pictures showing what was cleaned. Dave recommended the installation of an Ultra Violet Air Treatment system to help with my son's and my lung issues and I'm optimistic it will help. Thanks for the great service!

We have been using this service for at least 10 years to service our Furnance. Until our old one finally packed up, they sent a technician out right away, they phone and keep you informed if they are running behind, the scheduled time. We ended up getting a new furnace with them they worked from about 1030- 700 pm to get us up and running. Thank you so much RUSS and DIAGO. Great touch on the Rubber Ducky left on the Hot water tank loved it.

Used the service one time. Job was reasonable as was the cost but....i have received a call every 3 months since. Calls are made by independent agents that are rude and call at the most inconvenient times. Despite repeatedly requesting to be removed from their call list, this solicitation persists. If you want to do business with an enterprise that will continually harass you afterwards, this is the place to go.

Great customer service, I received a call the day before and the day of my scheduled install from the company and then the technician phoned before his arrival as well so I knew when to expect him. He did great work and explained everything very clearly when the job was done and left the house clean and exactly as it was before he arrived to do the job. Very appreciative of their great work

I Used Alberta Indoor comfort a couple times this past year. They replaced my old a/c unit in winter. I am very happy with system, and kept temp more consistent throughout house then last system. They pointed out that I would need to change filter a little more often and that duct cleaning should be done soon. I called in fall and they were promptly there. great group!

This company is very unreliable. They cancelled our furnace service for the third time this morning as well as cancelling our air condition maintenance earlier this week. It is however somewhat our fault for not staying with a local company.
