    Re shingle roof and garage

    Crew showed up 30 mins early and began work on my garage (it was 7:15 AM - so am glad they started on the garage). Job was done as requested & estimated, clean up was fantastic and work completed in one day. This company has rescued me before - repairing a bad shingle job by someone else, so when it was time to redo my roof - I called them. Excellent service, product, install and clean up. Thank you Alf's!

    rroofing

    A call and a estimate was provided in no time. The job was scheduled and the work completed as scheduled. We were happy with the whole process and the work done. Would recommend highly.

    New roof

    Company was hired to reroof the house. I was very impressed with the job they did. They also cleaned up all of the debris and left no mess. I was very satisfied and would recommend this company.

    Shingle replacement

    Did shingling for house and garage. They were very prompt, did an excellent job. Good customer service and provided quality workmanship for a reasonable price. Cleanup was satisfactory as well.

    roofing

    professional in all ways. removed old shingles and installed new ones in a matter of a few days. cleaned up and removed all debri. Employees are friendly and enjoyed our cookies.

    Reshingle and repair of roof decking

    I hired Alf's Roofing for a reshingle and repair of decking board on our roof. Their delivery of materials and arrival was in line with what I might expect, the work was completed in 1 day, the crew was very nice and the cleanup was thorough. However, about 10 days after the reshingle was completed, there was a rain and the porch roof leaked onto the porch (which was one of the reasons for having the reshingle done). After much back and forth, Alf's did send someone out to look at the roof 7 days later and some silicone was applied to vulnerable spots. I will not know if it worked until it rains again.

    As Kevin in service tried to explain it was not a problem with the shingles or the roof as it was not leaking into the building. It was water running down the fascia and window. But we are glad the silicone on the fascia helped.

    New Roof

    It starts with a thorough roof inspection by Brian, who was the only Estimator to go up on the roof and workup a detailed plan and prices to suit our budget, (unlike others that didn't bother to go up on the roof, provide a detailed estimate + only provided 1 supplier)! Great support from Admin + Showroom employees who know their products and offer honest helpful advice + information. Exceptional crew, on time, great workflow, quality materials. Alf's knows their Stuff! Site cleaned up completely. Will definitely recommend Alf's for all roofing needs.

    Shingled house and garage

    Roof done in 2004. Crew dragged their heals and didn't show up for many days. Told work was under quoted and they weren't making any money. After many calls work finally completed. We now have a leak and snow in our vents. Manager says snow is normal.

    We are sorry to hear you had an issue 9 years after the roof was done. However a roof with almost a flat roof such as yours can have snow blow into the vents during the winter. Also I see we delivered the material on July 16 and the job was completed on the 20th. Within 3 days after delivering is the average for completing a roofing job.

    3 roofs

    Alfred is a good guy I know from the German club. All three roofs were completed in three weeks. The guys picked all of the nails and cleaned our site very well. The guys pointed out trouble spots without upcharging. We are happy with the work

    Shingled Roof

    Did a good job shingling the roof. Cost was competitive. Workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Administrative staff were patient and attentive. Could have improved services if they had warned us to cover belongings in garage. Everything in garage full of debris resulting from removal of old shingles.

    Thanks for the compliments! Sorry about the grit in the garage. Unfortunately older garages have board roofs with gaps and the dirt falls through the cracks. Not an issue if the garage is finished in the inside. We will try and warn future customers. :)
