I called Walter after reading his reviews on Homestars. He asked me a few questions about the job and gave me a quote over the phone, because we were using a natural stone product Walter advised me that the job would need to be done over 3 visits: installation, grouting and sealing a few days after the grouting was done. Walter was available to start the next day. We now have a beautiful natural stone backsplash, installed, grouted and sealed to perfection. I would be happy to have Walter back in my home for any tiling job.

Walter and his team did an amazing job. They were courteous and very professional. The cost was very reasonable and guests who have been to our house were amazed at the quality of the workmanship. It has added so much value to our home. We will definitely hire them again to do other projects.

Small bathroom desperately needing a new paint job and flooring. Decided to go with tiling and wanted an estimate, spoke with someone over the phone and they explained the different options available and the cost. Pleased with their friendliness, professionalism and general knowledge of the project. Would recommend you check it out to see if the price is right for you.

Having heard horror stories about home contractors, Walter and his crew (Marian and Chris) were a pleasant surprise. They were prompt ( even calling when he was delayed one day), very efficient and organized. They completed the job as described and in a professional manner, and handled all our questions with patience, resolved all our issues and finished the job on time. After they completed the work, they cleaned up. We would not hesitate to recommend Walter, who is an honest, reliable, hardworking and professional man.

Doing a kitchen reno, my wife and I riped up the old flooring ourselves to lay wire and inspect the floorboards -- they were in terrible shape. Hired Walter & his crew to lay new plywood subfloor and porcelain tiles on top, then come back after the cabinetry was installed to lay the backsplash. Couldn't have been happier with the choice of WM Royal Tile. Walter was very knowledgeable and professional and his crew worked extremely quickly. He even helped patch one of the plaster walls that was crooked before laying the backsplash.

Walter did a great job in installing porcelain tiles in my kitchen. Even the contractors who visited subsequently to give quotes for the rest of the kitchen renovation were impressed with Walter's work. Walter started and finished the job on time. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any tile work.

Walter was excellent and a delight to have doing my house. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. He finished our house on time and even did a few things extra so that he could get things done. He cleaned up well and took the messes away. Appreciate his hardworking attitude.

This is the second time Walter has done work in our house. He does what he agrees to - pricing, timing, etc., which is not always the case with skilled trades. We will have more work in the near future and hire him again.

After searching for several weeks to find a suitable tiling company, we finally appointed Walter + his colleague (cant remember his name!). Walter completed a full washroom renovation in less than a week. This included some small demolition, drywall, insulation, new fixtures and travertine tiling to the floor and walls. One of the biggest benefits to using Walter and his team was 1) he always responded to our calls and always showed up on time 2) he came back to us with several suggestions as to how to improve some of the finishes 3) he took the appropriate amount of time to complete the work and didnt give us false promises 4) he was competitively priced. The above points all sound like a cliche, but it is rare to find a reliable contractor who is truly competent at his trade. Since he completed the washroom, we have subsequently utilized him for our kitchen, entrance foyer and other odd jobs around the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. We are currently trying to persuade him to reno our basement....

I would like to thank Walter for the amazing tile job he did on my front porch. Walter was very meticulous in his craftsmanship and I am very satisfied with the results. I will definitely consider Walter for my future tiling projects.
