Do not use Stonelink...this product is a disaster! After five years it is badly stained from ice melters (that aren't supposed to stain), bits are chipping off, the mortar is popping out and the stairs are lifting off! It has also changed from a light pink to yellow colour. Stonelink said I should have sealed it. Nobody told me that when it was installed. They do not stand behind their product. I would never use this again! I will now have to pay at least $5000 to have it removed and redone with a proper natural stone. Very disappointing!

We needed to replace our 14 year old patio stones and front walkway as they were chipped, eaten by the salt and the frost heaved several stones. I couldn't afford real stone so I found this company's product at Home Depot and I liked the look as I really thought they were real stone but in fact it was man-made, concrete patio stone. I found out that you can buy directly from the distributor so I decided to go there to save money compared to retail stores. This company had many installations so you can see what they would look like and worked with the sales lady to determine how many stones I require of each size as there were about 4 different sizes. The were reasonably priced, small charge for delivery and they delivered on time like they said they would. Stones arrived in the morning, were packed well on skids and there were no damaged stones in the three skids ordered. I would recommend these stones to others, the company was efficient for me and service was good.

I purchased over $2500 of StoneLink stones from Lowes. They are terrible. Do not buy. They change colour and chip away as they are not solid stones. I contacted Lowes/ StoneLink regarding the issues and was told by the StoneLink rep that on page 35 of the installation manual tells me how to prevent this from happening. One problem...Lowes doesnt have the manual available and the StoneLink website has been under construction for over a year now. A car has an instruction manual of over 35 pages.... Interlock stones should not have a manual that big! Stay away from StoneLink. Terrible product and they or Lowes will not stand behind it. The people that gave good reviews on this site both live in Woodbridge. Surprisingly this is where StoneLink is from so I would take those reviews with a grain of salt!

Had a new backyard landscaping done and placed slabs from stonelink. Spent over $30,000 overall. Unfortunately, the stones dont last long at all! several of them cracked over 1.5 years.

We bought stone from Lowes by stonelink and its terrible!! they came discoloured. They stood 2 days on my driveway and faded to almost white from brown. Also the stones are not made of complete stone! they are made of white and black bits of stone and coloured which has already started to chip! DONT DO IT

Fantastic, very nice, it is normal to have different thickness of the Hill Stone, it gives natural wavy appearance, very beautiful. It is same thickness as Sabrina Natural stone, but wish they make more of the lighter brown color not only dark brown.

Stone-link was recommended to us. We bought over $3000 worth of patio stones and when they were delivered the colour was a very dark grey and we ordered terra BROWN. There isn't any brown in it. We called, cannot return, to bad. After the winter, 8 stones cracked down the centre. Lots of chips off the edges. Stone-link won't replace any of them nor give a discount. Basically the woman said "Too Bad".

We used Stonelink product as coping around our pool and as pavers around the patio area. Results....OUTSTANDING! We turned our backyard into a resort thanks to Stonelink!

Stone Link stands behind their product and customer service is fantastic !!!!!!! Unfortunately we got a bad batch of patio stones. Within 2 years the colour washed off (hey, it happens). Stone Link came and confirmed that the stones were indeed defective and apologized profusely (I was expecting a good fight but it was completely unnecessary). They showed up with a huge crew of guys and within 2 days, they removed the old stones, and REINSTALLED the new stones - not just the defective ones, but the good ones also, so that the patio would have uniform colour. And we are talking about HUNDREDS of square feet of patio and pool surround !!!!! They install guys were incredibly polite and professional. And they cleaned up aftemselves!!! Best of all, Danny and his crew's re-installation job was better than the guys/company that originally installed it!!!!!! We built a new custom home and during the process dealt with a lot of companies and trades, some good but most were horrible.......all I can say is that StoneLink was one of the BEST companies that we had the pleasure of working with. StoneLink sells gorgeous product of exceptional quality AND they truly stand behind their product!!!!! When you are spending thousands of hard earned dollars, it is wonderful knowing that you have peace of mind of where you are spending your money. THANK YOU ROBERT AND DANNY!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!! AND I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYBODY WE KNOW !!!!!

I wanted my landscaper to use the Stone-Link concrete pavers. When the product was delivered it is not a uniform thickness and will not lay flat. The quality of the product is very poor. Some of the pavers and steps came with a white film on them from the manufacturing process. When I tried to wash it off, it would not come off. I contacted the company and their customer service was terrible. They offered no help with either issue. All attempts to correct the problems failed. There is no fix for these defects. Do not buy this product, you will not be happy with it and the only answer you will receive from the customer service is that if you are not satisfied, bring the product back, at your own expense, for a refund.
