Front yard landscape
Front yard was completely redone with an interlock walkway integrating gardens and elevation changes. The finished product matched the design drawing in scope and materials. The project is a great marriage of form and function and the yard looks great. Todd and his employees were professional, knowledgable, punctual, fast and had excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The project was handled expertly from quote to cleanup. They were open to changes and discussion, made suggestions and maintained their focus on our satisfaction throughout the project. I would recommend TWG Landscaping to anyone, including my mother.

Backyard design and landscaping
TWG recently built a patio in our backyard and we couldn’t be more pleased with how the vision turned out. Todd and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. We met with several different companies to get a quote for a patio and Todd really stood out. He met with us on several occasions and was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and creative. His company was the only one that provided us with drawings of different designs which was very helpful to visualize with our limited knowledge. His team arrived early and left late every day. They worked very hard and were able to finish the job in the time that they estimated. Any obstacle that they came across they took care of without any problem. The final product was above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. Todd listened and incorporated everything that we wanted. His further suggestions and confidence were exactly what we needed. Having TWG work with us was worth every penny we paid. We would highly recommend Todd and his team and we look forward to working with them again in the very near future.

Front yard landscaping & Design
Todd Gould and his team were excellent to work with. They were patient and professional and helped my husband and I plan the type of landscaping we wanted in front of our home. The end result is beautiful; it is clean and classy and very low maintenance. Exactly what we wanted. My husband and I are very happy with TWG's work and highly recommend them.

Front stairs, walkway & garden wall
We could not be happier with the work Todd and his crew have done. Todd's design was beautiful and the price was great. The team was friendly and work was done quickly.... The only downside is the increase in the number of gawking neighbours :)

front entrance, walkway, side drive way & garage
Todd was very helpful from start to finish. What impressed us the most was the co-operation, willingness to communicate, patience with changes, proud ownership of workmanship and especially the politeness of the crew. TWG did the hardscape and we planted using his design suggestions. Front porch looks fantastic with our new front door and of course everything else. It has definately added resale value. We had so many compliments from neighbours and passerbys. Looking forward to working with TWG team on our bigger project in the backyard in the future.

Front steps and Landscaping
We hired TWG to install natural stone steps, a small walkway and a stone-wall garden at the front of our house. Their quote was reasonable and Todd always returned calls in a timely manner and kept us well informed of any delays in the start-up date of our project due to inclement weather. The crew did a great job, were hard-working, cordial, and willing to alter plans in order to accommodate our requests as the job was progressing. After the job was completed, we requested a few small changes that were completed in a timely manner. I feel that TWG exemplified professionalism from start to finish and strove to do their best to satisfy our wishes. I would highly recommend TWG for your landscaping needs.

front walkway and porch paved and landscaped
Todd and his wife Tammy are excellent at getting back to you. The landscapers do a great job, it isn't subcontracted...the owner Todd oversees everything. Quoted price is what we paid, no surprises and great finished job done on time.

Front porch, walkway, driveway soldier course, front gardens, irrigation
When we first decided to landscape our front yard, we contacted six different companies based on recommendations from neighbours, and reviews on HomeStars and Better Business Bureau. We ended up interviewing four of them (two never got back to us ... how's that for customer service?) and got designs & quotes from all four. Todd's design was fantastic! Going into this project, we didn't really know exactly what we wanted. Having a new house, we had a blank canvas and lots of ideas, but didn't know what would look good. Todd was able to take our disjointed thoughts and put together a beautiful design. He also provided honest feedback as to why some of our ideas were not so good and showed us what would work better. Todd's quote was also the most reasonable for the work to be done, so we decided to hired TWG for our project. We're so very happy we did! It looks even better in person than on paper! His crew was also fantastic, finishing the work much faster than expected. When our project got delayed because of the wet spring, Todd got both of his crews to work on our project, so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. His guys were working almost 12 hours every day, and always with a smile on their face! We also wanted to get an irrigation system, but dreaded having to deal with another contractor and trying to coordinate things. We had nothing to worry about though, Todd set everything up himself! We would highly recommend TWG for all of your landscaping needs, and we will definitely give them a call when we're ready to tackle the backyard!

Front and back yard hardscaping and some landscaping
TWG gave us two designs to choose from, and provided a rough estimate to start with, so we knew what to expect going in; then they firmed up the quote once we chose the design we wanted (with a couple of changes). We loved the design that Todd came up with, and he executed exactly what he designed, within the quote he gave us, and with the quality we expected. TWG delivered what they said they would, and well within the timeframe they quoted. Staff was courteous and hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, we’re extremely happy with the project and would recommend TWG highly.

Window Well reconstruction, crushed stone side of house.
I had arranged to have basement windows installed around my house when the installer had informed me my window wells were not up to snuff and I would need to have them repaired prior to the window installation. I stumbled upon TWG while looking up landscapers in Whitby on the internet. I touched base via e-mail and got a prompt response via phone and email. Todd came by the next day and surveyed the job and I was sent the quote in a couple of days from Tammy (as promiced). Todd and his workers were able to complete the job in less than a day and the workmanship is excellent. I am very happy with the speed,response and quality of workmanship. I will definately use them again for any landscaping needs.
