An Excellent Experience with Ambia Windows & Doors
My husband and I decided to replace two of our existing patio doors - one at the back of the house and one at the side. We did a lot of research before we decided who we were going to hire for the job. We looked at HomeStars, and we were very impressed with the reviews regarding Ambia Windows & Doors. We sent an inquiry and a sales representative, James, called us back very quickly. We set up a time to meet and James arrived punctually and showed us all of the options for our new doors. Eventually, we settled on the KV Patio doors with the three-point lock mechanism for enhanced safety and security. In addition, we opted for doors that were subdivided into eight sections per door (photos attached). Ambia did an excellent job of meeting our needs. They came out to our home to double check the measurements to make sure the doors fit "just right". Tony called us directly to schedule an install and then head office sent me an e-mail to confirm (excellent communication). The install went off without a hitch and the installers were polite, personable and they cleaned up their work area really well. The patio doors are really well-constructed (everything fits together so well and so neatly) and they completely enhance the curb appeal of our home. We are very pleased with the service we received from Ambia and the doors are first-rate. We would most certainly go back to Ambia for any of our future door and window needs. No issues - very happy with my new WIndows
Very happy with my new windows and patio door. I worked with Brian to set it all up. He is very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions. Ambia sells, in my opinion, the best windows. I was spending $20K (last year and this) so I did my research. I considered ~10 Vinyl Window suppliers, including cheap labour Window ads, and the most expensive. It turns out you can't mention other companies in Homestars, so I can't list them, I visited 3 factories to watch the shop floor. Total cost vs. product, Ambia wins hands down. I did 10 Windows last year with Ambia and they made such a difference that this year, we did the rest. So this is a two time review adding up to over $20K. Both times I was very happy with the work. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He attended the install to make sure all was well. I even met Tony, the owner and visited the factory in Vaughan. Very impressed! If you choose Vinyl, look no further.

Repeat Customer, Very Happy with Ambia
We found Ambia on Homestars, and are very happy we did. We originally had Ambia over to replace 10 windows of various sizes. After excellent service from Brian and a beautiful installation by Chris, we immediately called Ambia when we were ready to replace a few doors and complete a special window project. We are extremely happy with the quality of the products as well as the price from Ambia. Brian is extremely kind, dedicated and responsive....he has earned our continued loyalty and we refer friends to Ambia as a result. Highly recommended.

windows and doors
We had Ambia Windows and Doors install a new front door, several windows and 2 patio doors. In our dealings with Tony we found him to be honest and forthright. He addressed our questions and was helpful with decision making. There was a high level of communication between the sales person, Tony, and the installers. It was evident that there is a mutual respect and unified commitment to doing high level installations. Tato, the lead installer, is highly skilled. When the new patio doors were installed there was a gap in the hardwood floor that was previously covered by the old doors. Tato was able to use our extra flooring to fill the gap and it looks seamless. The entire process was a positive experience with good people. We are more than happy with our beautiful new windows and doors

Patio Doors
We needed to replace two patio doors. Tony Radocchia from Ambia Windows and Doors came over, listen to what we wanted and quoted on the project. We decided to go with Ambia. On the day of installation they arrived removed both doors and started to install the 2 doors. During installation Eric (Installer) noticed that one of the doors was scratched at the bottom. He immediately called the manufacturer to report the issue and advised us that a new door will be available in 2 to 3 weeks, and in the meantime he installed the door temporarily. The door arrived in 2 weeks and was replaced. What really stood out in this is that Tony personally kept us informed on the progress of the new doors instead of transferring us to customer service, and Eric made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great Job and Service 10+ .

Efficient communication and Excellent Patio Door
I had a large 9 x 7 3-panel patio door which was dated and in need of a replacement. I had been communicating with Tony at Ambia for well over a year. He was patient to explain my options and provided a number of quotes before I ended up with something that fit my needs and budget. The team of installers that came were courteous and efficient. They did a great job of explaining what they were doing and kept the work dust to a minimum. Following installation, they tidied up after themselves. I would highly recommend Ambia to any one looking to replace windows or doors. A+

Front, Rear and garage entry doors
Tony and the team at Ambia did a great job for us on our door project. We replaced the original builder doors with brand-new doors. Tony was great to deal with during the quote process, and followed up along the way. The installer was able to remove and replace three doors brick-to-brick in one day with minimal disruption and mess (they cleaned up as they went!). We are very pleased with our new doors and expect them to last us for a long, long time. I would gladly recommend Ambia to anyone looking for doors.

Beautiful Workmanship.
I have a few properties and have dealt with different companies. Ambia Windows not only has excellent quality but the workmanship was outstanding. Our windows were done brick to brick; We had four done with varying sizes. Tony the owner was outstanding as we ordered the windows and then we were out of the country a few times so he was excellent with coordinating the timing of installation. The installers, were outstanding and they cleaned up everything and the trim work was clean.

Windows replacement
The project was smoothly done. We had mutual understanding, as some changes were needed. The installer showed up as promised and finished the job professionally. They were careful of our new hardwood floor. Zero damage. Absolutely Satisfied with end result with quality KV windows and installation.

Entry doors replacement
Replaced double entry door and we are very happy with the company. I took quotes from 4 different companies, met 4 different guys and from the start, I was impressed with the level of details provided by Kelly from Ambia. At the start, we were not 100% sure the design we needed and he was very patient with us. He was happy to come back to help us with the colour once we have settled on the design, made great recommendations. The paperwork with very clear and complete, even from the initial high level quote. It was updated properly as we have selected what we needed. The price was very reasonable. Not too cheap, not too expensive. I was a bit concerned with the glass design in my order since there was no clear catalogue I could pick it from. I just had a picture I pulled from the Internet. Kelly was kind enough to go to the manufacture and send me the picture. It was very nice of him. The door was ready exactly when it was promised. Unfortunately, I was away on a business trip. Fortunately, Tony (the owner) is a great person to work with and he was able to move thing around during the extremely busy summer time and orchestrate the installation for the only week I was in town that month. Amazing! The installers were very professional. Showed up exactly on time, worked quickly, precise, job very well done... Both were extremely polite, left all cleaner than it was before they came. After all was done, Tony has followed up to check if all was to my satisfaction. Once again, we are very happy with the project. I highly recommend Amiba.
