Salesman was excellent in explaining the product and installation options. We were concerned about extra work involved with brick to brick but Ambia takes care of it all. Job done properly, with foam insulation. They even install the wood casings and they look great. Installation team was courteous and professional. They kept the site clean. And they managed to do all the work in one day....we were amazed. Great crew and great company.

We bought a 25 year old home and needed to replace the windows and patio door before move in. We came across this company and was very impressed from the quotation to the actual installation. Cameron was very professional and gave us a very competitive quote while George and Ryan, our installers, worked extremely diligently. They were very experienced and detail oriented. Finished in 3 days and cleaned up after each day. Excellent work by all and we are very grateful and satisfied of the thoroughness and professional work that was put into our windows and door. Ambia was one of the companies that responded quickly to my request for quotes.. I had four (4) quotes from companies that I did my research for and it was an easy choice to go with them. All the reviews are good and even though they were not the cheapest -they met all the points that I was looking for. Cameron -a very nice young man :) came in as scheduled (nov 1st) to show some of their previous jobs, and explained the difference between the brick to brick and retrofit installation.. He took the initial measurements -and promised to send the quotes within the week. After 2 days -I received a very detailed quote of both installation -itemized with all the measurements and materials, and warranty information, even comes with some references and pictures as samples. After a week, I finally decided to go with Ambia as they were the best in my opinion among the companies that I got quotes from. I signed the contract on Nov 13th - via e-mail correspondence -the best way for me becoz not only did I have a record of the quote and contract but I also have easy access to the documents in case I need them for reference in the future. George (I hope I spelled it right) -the installer came by on Nov 27 for the final measurements. Tony called in the 3rd week of January to let me know that the windows and sliding doors are ready, so he would like to schedule the installation within the next few days. We agreed to do the install on Jan. 25th and he e-mailed a prep list that I can refer to before the day of the installation. George and a young guy (sorry my mom forgot to ask for his name) came before 9am. My parents were home so they were able to see the progress and they were very impressed as george and his assistant were very fast installing all the windows and patio door by the end of the day. Cameron even came by to check in. They left cleaning up as best as they could. The next day, George came in a little after 8am and finished the framing and all the trimmings. He was all done after lunch. I did not do the review early on, as I want to make sure that there would be no issues with the installation -I am very particular with contractors as I myself work with an engg firm. And I can say that Ambia has exceedingly met my expectations, and would gladly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you to Cameron, Tony and George and his assistant for a job well done. Scope of work: Brick to brick installation for one (1) bay window, three (3) windows on the 2nd floor rooms, two (2) windows on the main floor and a sliding backyard/patio door. With colonial brickmould style. Set timeframe -7 to 9 weeks. For reference. 2 photos showed the old windows (with obvious wear and tear) before installation. All the rest of the pictures are the new install.

We bought a 30 year old house and the windows were in terrible shape, we needed windows ASAP and Tony was extremely helpful in making that happen. He walked us through the government rebate program which had just come out, made sure we would be eligible, was very patient as we made a few changes to color and design of windows, he worked late to requote us a few times and to keep the price down as much as he could while balancing getting the windows as quick as he could. I have to mention Simon and Chris who came to measure as well as install, Simon answered all of our questions, addresses any concerns we had with the installation and was pleasure to work with. The windows themselves look great, seem to be high quality and have really changed the look of the house. Highly recommend this great team of window experts.

Ambia doors was easy to deal with from beginning to end. Quote, measure and install were all great experiences. Good communication throughout. I will use them for bigger jobs going forward.

We just had our front doors replaced after a few years of doing research. I can say we definitely choose the right place and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We dealt with several different people and they were all top notch. Michael was our salesman and he was great. He is very knowledge, patient and gave advice when needed but not pushy at all. He steered us in the right direction when we needed guidance. Tony arranged the installation and was very accommodating and professional. The installers also did a wonderful job. We had a little issue and they promptly fixed it. Micheal and the installer were just as accessible, pleasant and helpful after the project was completed than in the initial contacts. We also need our back door replaced and we will 100% go back to Ambia. I love our door so much I wanted to share photos of the door inside and outside. We would definitely recommend them.

We needed to replace the front and side door of our house. We called several companies and one of them was Ambia, We decided to go with Ambia because we felt comfortable talking, asking questions and for their professionalism and price. We are very pleased of working with Cameron (sales person). He was always on top of things from beginning to completion. The crew of installers did an amazing job from removing the doors to installing the new 2 doors. Dealing with Tony was great; he kept us informed of the progress and installation of the doors. If we need to change our windows in the future without a doubt we will choose Ambia again.

The Ambia's service was excellent! The installation staff was courteous and professional. They took great care and showed respect for my home and the integrity of their work. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, and in half a day my home had new front windows. I am also pleased with the products used, and I am grateful for the thorough, experienced guidance on product selection (Thank you, Cameron). I simply don't have the words to adequately express my pleasure with the entire experience. 100% rating and I will be awarding them another project shortly.
