I was introduced to Ambia Windows through Neighbourhood friends. I contacted Micheal and was immediately impressed with his demeanor on the phone and extensive knowledge window types and installation. I expected him to be knowlegeable but, he was extremely easy to talk to and explained my options in a very clear easy to understand way. He made himself available whenever I had questions and always got back to me in quick order. He came by at a time that was convenient for me to explain to both me and my wife options and show pictures of various styles and installations. He let me know the reasons behind pricing and what would be most suitable for my installation. Once we had agreed upon the installation, dates were set and the crew that came by was extremely efficient. They were very respectful of my home and made every effort to keep clean and careful. They also finished the job in good time as I had my windows done on all 3 floors along with patio doors and the installation with complete within the day. Micheal came by to ensure that the installation was going well and that I was happy with everything. Since the installation all has been good with my new windows and I am very pleased with the facelift it has given my home, not to mention the insulation efficiencies it adds. My windows were installed a few months ago and Micheal still remains in contact to follow up and ensure that I am happy with what was done. It was a great transaction all in all with great customer service. I would recommend Ambia Windows and Doors not only for the great products, knowledge, and value, but also for their great customer service.

We recently had our bay window and all upper windows replaced by Ambia. Our sales rep Michael was very professional, from the initial presentation to the post work follow up. The installers were punctual, courteous and thorough. I was impressed that the casing around the bay window was added to match the window so that I didn't have to hire painters to match up the existing wood trim to the new windows. The range of colour options was good as well, which being a decorator is important to me. The colour choices were contemporary and would compliment both old and new homes. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Ambia to anyone interested in having their windows replaced.

We used Ambia to replace two sets of bay windows and a dormer window. We had previously used Ambia to replace our backyard patio door. In both instances, we found Tony knowledgeable and diligent. It seemed like there was never a job above his skill level. We also have never met someone so patient when it comes to our anxieties and when we change our minds mid-project. Along with Frank and Joe, Ambia is punctual, hard working and keeps the clients' interests first. I know it should always be like this but I find it's not. I never had any hassles with Ambia and I always end up loving the finished product. Money well spent. Think of Ambia the next time a window contractor doesn't bother showing up as planned.

We wanted to replace our front window this summer and found Ambia on this website. Michael came over and made a very professional presentation - showed us samples of the windows that we would replace. He brought an ipad with lots of photos of work done. We are very happy with the installation of both the front window and patio door. Work was done in half a day - everything cleaned afterwards. We would recommend Ambia to anyone considering new windows for their home.

Replaced all windows in my house, 7 in top floor, 3 in main floor and 5 in the basement. Ambia Windows and Doors Inc replaced the windows for me. They were competative in pricing and fur quicker thatn the other companies. I lile their work ethics, honesty and prompt action. Their installation crew were knowledgable and take care of the installation on time. One example of their service I can point out here is that the replace one of the window screen within a week when I pointed out a very small whole. I would recommend them to my freinds for sure in the near future.

My original windows and doors needed to be replaced, so I went on to Homestars to find reputable companies. Ambia was one of 4 companies I contacted for a brick-to-brick installation of 20 new windows and doors. One of them didn't even bother to submit a quote, another mixed up part of my quote with someone else's. I dealt with Tony, and found him to be honest and very knowledgable. He was the only one to listen to my situation in terms of room conditions and provided some great recommendations to help address those issues. Ambia's credentials also checked out, unlike some other top rated company here. Tony was not the lowest priced quote, nor the highest. His was a reasonable quote and he worked hard to get the job. I dealt with Frank and Joe for the installation. I found them to be extremely competent, efficient, and very personable. The trim work Frank did on my patio door is master carpenter class. They did every little thing I asked them to do, without any complaint. Some existing brickwork became a problem during installation, and they came through for me by finding a skilled masonry guy on short notice (who I thought was very reasonably priced, considering the jam I was in). The windows looked fantastic during the installation, so much so that 4 of my neighbors came to enquire on who was doing the work! There was a problem with one window, and Tony got a replacement window for his installers the very next day. The job was done in 4 days. Frank and Joe went as far as to tell me how to stain the oak jambs and casings. I was nervous about that, as I've never done that before. Everything turned out great, and the windows look fantastic inside and out. I've done a lot of renovations over the last 3 years. I value quality of work over the cost of the job, and feel like I've paid a premium for every job done in my house. Of all the work I've had done recently, I really feel like I got a premium job for the price I paid with Ambia. The product carries a lifetime warranty, and the installation is Window Wise certified. I'm confident that I don't have to worry about my windows now for a long time. I don't think I could have picked a better company than Ambia. BTW, in the pictures below, shots with green trim are of the old windows. The pictures with Sandalwood are the new windows. Sorry for them being out of order

We recently had all the windows, approx 20, replaced in our home. From the start Micheal was very informative and knowledgeable about the different window options. The installers, Frank and Joe, were very punctual and friendly. They took the necessary time to make sure each window was properly installed. Overall I am very pleased with Ambia and the service they provided.

We found Micheal and Tony at Ambia Windows & Doors to be very friendly and reliable. The price is fair, But the product and service is excellent. The installation was prompt and well done. I already recommended them to two of my friends who will also replace their windows and doors.

I would highly recommend Ambia to anyone considering new windows for their home. The quality of both the windows and workmanship is/was excellent. We had 7 large double sliders replaced and are very happy with the results. Both Tony and Eugene were very easy to work with and happy to oblige any concerns we had. Phone calls were always returned very promptly.

The windows installers were very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the quality of the windows. Definitely recommended Ambia to any home owners looking to change their windows!
