We would recommend Ambia Windows and Doors. We worked with Tony to replace our windows and doors almost a year ago. We never felt pressured and Tony was always very professional. We recently wanted some additional work done on one of our windows. When we contacted Tony, not only did Tony remember us but he was very quick in responding to us. Sergiy did a great job on the window.

Tony and Sergiy were both friendly and professional. Their service was excellent. We had a large window in our bedroom replaced. They work was done in a few hours at no inconvenience to us. I highly recommend Ambia Windows and will gladly do business with them in the future!

Last summer, Ambia came through for us and delivered an amazing service and product. Although there was a minor spill of the existing glass from our original 1975 windows, no one was hurt, and the damage was very minor. My only constructive criticism is, the team working on the windows could have been a little more careful and practiced some better safety and communication. The price came in on budget, and they stuck to their quote, which is great. Even their post installation service is great. We had to bring the team back in for a quick reseal of a couple of the windows, because the caulking wasn't proper the first time. They still showed up quickly to fix the minor oversight. Overall, we are very happy with the service from Ambia and the team.

Extremely satisfied with the work, and more importantly, the service i received from Ambia windows and doors. SInce this was a bit unique (using hardie siding for the house), Tony took the time to really determine the best type of windows - he had several meetings with the relevant trades as well as myself before we decided on a type of window. Again, despite problems with dealing with some of the trades, he was always professional and responded to any concerns. The work was completely at an excellent level and i have already recommended him to a friend of mine.

Very, very satisfied by the work performed by Ambia Windows & Doors. From the very beginning they were prompt in providing a quote and answering my questions. They came to the house to review the site conditions and took a few photographs. After agreeing to sign with Ambia they kept me appraised on the progress of my windows. I wanted the windows installed by a certain date and they managed to have them installed 1 week early from the original agreed upon date! The quality of the installation was top notch. They were very precise with their work and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. Tony Radocchia manages an excellent company. After installation Tony stopped by the house to review the work himself. We are very very satisfied with the work performed!!

I recently used Ambia services to replace 13 windows and a storm door in my 30 years old house. The whole process was nice and smooth. The quote was very competitive, the manger (Tony) was very polite and professional, the installers were fast and accurate. I can recommend this company to anyone.

Tony and his Ambia crew were a pleasure to work with. He walked us through his window options and recommended vinylbilt for our house. He was relaxed and not pushy. I had follow up questions about his quote, which he responded to me within a day. We placed our order with him in January and promised that they would be installed before our eco-audit appointment in March. His crew was polite when they came and measured the windows and during the installation process. They installed the windows at the end of February. It took 2.5 days to install 20 windows and one door. We requested some additional insulation around the bay window and correction on some of the caulking around the windows. His crew did the extra work right away and ensured everything was to our liking before leaving. The windows have made a huge difference in our 90 year old house. I’m looking forward to all the money they will save me on my heating bill!

I needed new windows - had v old windows that probably were 60 years old & weren't energy efficient. they came to my house showed my my options & helped me understand the process v well.

Everything worked out great. It was easy to choose Ambia windows. They have good windows for the best prices. I have done extensive research and I have found several companies with the same windows ( from the same manufacturer) and Ambia came out as the best deal. The installers were probably the best contractors we have had during our house renovation. Very professional, skilled, efficient and also nice. There was a little bit of time delay when getting the quote for the windows,so this is an area they can work on in the future, but still a good service. Thanks.
