    Carpet in Basement

    We had Victorious install carpet in our basement in the beginning of the year. But we waited to write a review to see how the carpet would hold up with our two active sons running around. So far, we are happy. We did have concerns with the carpet installation on the stairs, but Mark assured us and promised us in writing that if we have any problems in the future with the stairs, Victorious would repair it anytime. I recommend Victorious Carpet.

    Basement carpet replacement

    For me carpet was simply carpet. All were the same as I was shopping around didn’t really get much information about the differences. I was highly motivated for a burber carpet to purchase until I had Mark here. As soon as he saw my cat and my toddler he immediately put the burber carpet samples on side and explained me in great details that the maintenance might be quite tricky for my busy life style. So we decided to go with nylon quality velvet carpeting. Mark is a very passionate with his job and a true gentleman. No pressure tactics whatsoever. Felt very relaxed dealing with and as well as his crew. Will definitely call again and refer to friends.

    Upstairs Carpetting

    Victorious carpet was a pleasure to deal with. Mark was very flexible on timing, and showed up to give us our quote in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, gave us great advice, and even recommended a hardwood installer (who we also loved). The installers were great, professional, and very friendly. We had a tight schedule to get all work done on the house, and they were able to slot us in exactly when we needed them. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and will definitely be using them again for our basement in the next year. Thanks Mark!

    Basement Carpet

    My house flooded mid July and thus began the slow and long process of completely gutting my basement and starting over from scratch. I called Victorious based on Homestar review alone. Mark came by with samples and walked me through the entire process. I asked for 3 quotes based on carpet quality and ended up going with the middle quote. His crew came in and installed the underpaid and carpet, as well as removal and installation of new carpets for the stairs leading up to the main floor. Everything was done within the day and Mark came by to make sure everything was going smooth. It was an smooth and stressless install. I'd recommended them to anyone.

    carpet installation

    Mark from Victorious was very prompt in his email correspondence. He came in to give us an estimate and show us some samples (we had hardwood stairs and purchased the carpet and installation from Victorious). The technician who came in was professional and quick, and we are very pleased with the results. Mark came in to check on the technician once, which we were impressed by. All in all, a great company and we would definitely recommend Victorious!

    Carpet installation

    It was my first time hiring Mark ( one of my friend reccomended his company) I am glad i did work with him. He did a great job.. Very professional company also prices are reasonable. Thanks again.

    Living room carpet

    I thought I was going to have a problem with getting carpet in my living room as it is wider that 12 feet. I thought I would be able to see the seam. Much to my suprise I was not able to see any seam at all. It was a great install. Thanks to all.

    Installing carpet

    Needed to replace old carpets in a town house. The work included two staircases. Mark and his crew were very professional and meticulous in workmanship. Very happy with the outcome. I was impressed by the effort Mark put into making sure that I was a satisfied customer. He set very reasonable expectations and exceeded them. My biggest concern before going in for this renovation was the crew. I had spoken to some vendors and they took absolutely no responsibility of the actions of their crew. In Mark's case the crew was fantastic and they did a great job. Will certainly recommend him to others.

    Carpeting

    I had the basement stairs carpeted, the job was very good. I also had requested a repair to one stair and we had a little mis-understanding in that the quote was just for the riser but actually the carpet on the riser and tread was damaged, so I went with just the repair to the riser (just the damaged area not the whole riser since the tread and riser were a single piece of carpet, a little misfire since - you could only have replaced both the tread and the riser in this instance), but the small repair looks fine- part of the reason I did not opt to pay the extra to repair the tread was that it seemed to me the installer was rushed to get to the next job, other than that the work was quite well done.

The labour charge was only for the 10 steps (which was actual 11 steps) and the repair was a complimentary service. Your e-mail says "Also included is the picture of the bottom step of the upstairs staircase which needs to be replaced due to cat damage." and your submitted picture shows only a small damaged area on the facing (does not show the entire step). Replacing the entire step and the spindles on the side of your step requires special upholstery which means more labour hours. I hope this explains.     Chipped hardwood floor repairs

    This is my first time hiring Victorious Flooring to do Hardwood Floor Repairs. I had a chip in the floor. I send an email to mark in the weekend (Sunday).... The floor was fixed before I got home on Monday!!! waaw, the floor looks great. The customer service is AMAZING and the price is right. Thanks Mark. Adel Majd
