Despite having received good and somewhat prompt service from this company a year ago when necessary work was required on our eves and flashing, I can no longer say that is the case and will not recommend them to anyone. In recent months I've been in touch asking them to return for a smaller repair. Numerous calls and promises to come out "next week", being told "be patient" to most recently not returning calls, confirms they are not interested in repeat business or customer referrals. Understanding a small job is not as attractive as the bigger projects in front of them, I would hope they would make the effort for a previous client. If not, then be upfront with not being able to complete the job. I'm sorry I wasted so much time reaching out to them.

We had damage done to our siding due to a terrible storm... We contacted several companies, all of whom were swamped due to the effects of the storm. Some companies didn't even return our calls, others said we`d have to wait a minimum of 2 months... We dealth with Jeff N, who was sympathetic to our situation and did everything possible to accomodate us, including coming to our home after hours and on weekends. The workers who actually did the job were professional and friendly. We would gladly use C.A. again, should the need arise. J&B

All new windows, brick to brick, new doors, sliding doors and laundry room doors. Peter's team were amazing. Professional, detailed and the pride they take in their work, amazing. Great crew, courteous, punctual, just great guys. Totally recommend Peter and his team. Helpful, worked with us and made things happen.

We had to replace the roto operators on some of our windows since the old ones were not opening the windows any more. Mason windows checked all the windows and replaced all the ones that were not operating. Their work was well done and clean.

Peter and his crew provides excellent customer service. He was very helpful, on time and spent the time to answer questions. The product is great and their pricing was very competitive.

Referrals by friends don't always produce reliable Contractors. In this case the work performed by Custom Aluminum was timely, first class, and concern for customer satisfaction extended to final adjustments to the work that exceeded what the contract stipulated. A first class company I would recommend.
