    Door inserts

    The team came in as scheduled, did a clean job and were able to do it fast and efficiently. They were very professional and nice. Buggest thing was competitive pricing compared to other vendors we were considering. High quality product and work !

    New window in door/side windows

    I had a window put into my door as well as 2 side windows. The finished product is Amazing, I get compliments every single day, if not multiple comments on how Amazing it looks. The two men who did the work are so knowledgeable, kind and very affordable. My door still needs to be painted but I added a before and after photo to show you how amazing the work and transformation is. I would 100% recommend this business.

    Great work, great company

    Third time using What-a-Pane on my home. Quality product (door inserts this time) and great workmanship. Staff are always friendly and never leave a mess behind. Barry was able to work with my schedule and get the job done promptly for us. Highly recommend them to anyone.

    Perfect Job, wonderful experience

    Installed front door and double balcony doors. Barry explained everything about the process very clearly to me. Timeline provided from order date to installment was on point. His installers were prompt and on time which caused no disruption to my busy schedule. I get many compliments from friends and passerbys about my doors. I would most certainly recommend What -a-pane to anyone. They were certainly not a pane to work with

    Great after sales customer service.

    Its very hard to find a company these days that respond to after sales warranty / customer service. Barry was very fast in responding to warranty issues. Murray and Dan came for my warranty service during the worst snow storm day. Will highly recommend this company.

    Window Insert Install

    This company was a pleasure to deal with, Barry responded very quickly to all my emails and job got done quicker than expected considering my location. Installers were very professional, on time, very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. My 2 matching door inserts look fantastic on front and side entrances! We will use them again in future. Glad I found them!

    Insert glass

    Service was amazing installers were great very pleasant and very nice people. Barry was great to work with would recommend highly recommend I love my new glass insert so happy with the service. One happy customer

    Amazing experience - awesome looks!

    Prompt responses every time; Very professional and knowledgeable; Answered all my questions before the order was placed; Demonstrated flexibility in changing the door insert design selection after initial order was placed; And the two gentlemen who came to install the door inserts were so efficient, friendly and courteous! The quality of the door inserts, the installation finish is superb. The installer even proactively fixed a couple of long-standing issues with my doors (as the dead-bolt wasn't aligned with the hole in the door frame -- the installer corrected this alignment). "What a pleasure" to deal with "What a pane"!
