Stas (from Maxima Aluminum) was very accommodating as to my needs and tight budget; he was very patient as I did not feel rushed; installation was scheduled within days; a Crew of 3 contractors showed up on time (they were actually 10 mins. early); while on my roof, they noticed and let me know that a few shingles were missing and that rainfall/water is probably leaking into my attic (i.e., I need a new roof); in the meanwhile, they took the initiative and patched up the missing shingles as a temporary fix (happily, without charge and without me having to ask them); what was estimated to be a 5 to 6 hr job was completed in only 3 1/2 hrs; very professional; great cleanup job (took the aftermath/mess away with them). I contacted Maxima Aluminum in mid April 2012 for an estimate to replace my eaves and soffits. Gennady showed up right on time, took measurements, made some suggestions for improvements to the existing system, and produced an estimate on the spot. His price was considerably lower than one other company I had called, so a few days later I gave him the go-ahead. His 3-man work crew showed up on the first available day the weather allowed them to work. They worked almost non-stop, putting in a 10-hour day and completed the job the same day, including removal of the old materials and a cleanup of the work area. The crew was very professional, friendly and polite. A couple of days later, Gennady came by to inspect the work and found a few minor problems which I hadn't even noticed, and he sent his crew over the next day to do the touchups. We had a major rainstorm 2 days ago, and the system worked perfectly - no leaks, and excellent drainage. Highly recommended.

The flashing from the side of my roof had come loose and hanging by a nail. The noise from the banging of the flashing on the side of the house was extemely annoying. I called Gennadiy from Maxima and he was able to come to my aid within a day (very much appreciated) and fix the flashing and also check the other areas for any problems. During very high winds the eves trough came loose from the roof of the house and hung down starting to damage the house; at one point it was held in by a single nail. Gennadiy from Maxima Aluminum, with a sense of urgency made it to my house in approximately 20 minutes and repaired it immediately. I was expecting to just have it ripped off and get an estimate to have it replaced but was all completed on the spot. I was very impressed with his timing and urgency and will recommend this company to anyone.

My 26 year old, builder-installed, galvanized steel eavestroughs developed several perforations, which caused a soggy foundation resulting in water seepage into the basement. Because they had also lost their paint finish over that time, & looked really ugly, I decided that it was time for new eavestroughs. After a lot of research, I chose Maxima Aluminum & have not been disappointed. Gennadiy was not only very professional during the whole process, but also extremely patient & thoroughly accommodating. He was punctual, answered all of my questions completely, & provided a very reasonable written estimate. The installation crew, Miki & Brandon, did a fantastic job & even kindly helped me out with an unrelated roof problem – above & beyond the “call of duty”. In addition to the new eavestroughs & downspouts, Miki & Brandon also clad the fascia on the gables in the same colour for a maintenance-free & more uniform appearance. Gennadiy conducted a follow up inspection, and made sure I was happy with the work. I certainly was. From the time I sent the email requesting a quote for the work, until it was completely done, took 8 days. Since the installation, there was 1 day of pounding rain & more than a few days of heavy winds. No problems whatsoever with the work, to date. I would wholeheartedly recommend Maxima Aluminum to anyone who could use their services & think it would be difficult to find anyone else who could perform better. Update: April 2015 The corner joint of the eavestrough developed a leak over the winter. One call to Gennady at Maxima Aluminum was all it took to have a crew come out within 2 weeks to effect the repair. It's one thing to be satisfied with a company's work when it's initially done, but when you appreciate that it stands behind its work & is diligent in its follow-up, the satisfaction is elevated to another level. Maxima Aluminum is such a company! Going with Maxima was a good decision & I would still wholeheartedly recommend both their work, & commitment to their clients...10+!!!

From start to finish, very good customer service. The workers were polite and reviewed all the work before beginning. Stas came and inspected the job after completion. He made useful suggestions about location of downspouts, etc when he provided the estimate. Thanks for a job well done.

Gennady was very professional during the whole process. He came on time to provide the estimate, answered all my questions in much detail. The quote was very reasonable. His crew did a great job. Gennady came for a follow up inpection, and made sure everything was to ok. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

Stas & Crew were great. They were friendly, self-reliant, quiet and very thorough. They cleaned up all the nails on the driveway from the old eavestrough afterwards which was a nice touch. Not the cheapest quote we got but the service was worth the extra hundred bucks for sure. Good stuff all around.
