Never showed up, sent a van that didn't fit everything that was meant to meet their truck along the route, nothing packed properly and held didn't accept responsibility for mistakes

I was quoted $300 by Yury to move 2 old pieces of furniture to my daughter's house 5 minutes away. The move took place on July 17, 2019. Once the truck was loaded with my furniture Yury called to tell me that it would now cost an additional $100. When we got to the house they demanded payment in cash and would not unload until I gave them the money. Even though I was told the total price included tax, Yury called and told me that price would now be $450. I didn't have enough cash so I told him I would give them a cheque but but he refused and wouldn't even give me the name of the company to write the cheque to. At this point the cost of the move was more than the furniture was worth. I told him to forget it and they could just keep the furniture. Only then did he agree to take the $400 cash, only if I paid the driver now. I gave the driver, Volodymyr the money and then he demanded a tip and told me Yury told them to leave the furniture in the driveway. He said they would leave it in the drive if I didn't hand over another $60. I had no choice but to get the money for them. They moved the furniture in but did not reassemble the cabinet and just left. Don't trust this company!

If you're looking for an affordable, efficient & trustworthy company, TMT is the place for you. The driver that picked up my stuff was very friendly and handled every item with great care. Yuri was dependable in that he answered all of my inquiries promptly and during the move he made sure to update me on his wearabouts and time of delivery. My move was from Brampton, Canada to Queens, New York. My stuff arrived on time, nothing missing or damaged. Moving is already stressful so having a reliable moving company is paramount. I was able to have a peace of mind knowing my stuff was in the right hands. Thank you Yuri and team for delivering terrific customer service. I highly recommend TMT.

Moved from calgary to St.marys Ontario (with a new born) so it was extremely stressful. The movers were awesome & helped make that part of the transition way easier. They were fast, efficient & got all of our things out of our apartment in Calgary (with only one old crappy elevator) in an hours time & then also took our Jeep (which we shipped back as well). They Took our boxes/furniture + jeep on Thursday evening and then arrived in Ontario with boxes/furniture + Jeep on Monday afternoon (so 3.5 days only!) When they arrived, we paid the originally agreed upon price of the contract & they unloded our things into our new place promptly and efficiently. We were extremely worried about moving our belongings from Alberta to ontario, we switched Moving companies (and lost a few deposits) a few times before deciding on this company (based on their good reviews). I truly believe the people who gave them bad reviews were people who did not honour their agreed upon contract from before the move (and had more belongings than they originally said) because we had absolutely no problems at all with the contract, the price or paying for everything upon delivery. We got in contact with Yuri every time we tried (whether it had been by phone or email). We are extremely satisfied with this service we were provided - we would recommend them to anyone, and we would use them again ourselves for local or long distance Moving.

Dimitri and Anton moved a very heavy piano up 10 concrete basement stairs with muscle power and brain-power, always communicating with each other what they were going to do. They wrapped all the pieces in padded blankets and tape, and delivered everything safely to my apartment. Their spirit of "can-do" and good humour really helped to dispel my anxieties. Wonderful guys!My only reservation is with the office, who did not communicate to them the conditions (basement stairs) of the move.

I had an upright piano, stove, fridge and bed set moved from my house to another family member's home. Yuri was quick to respond to my request and he was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days. The movers who came, moved the items but put a dent and scratch in my front door and cracked one of the fridge drawers when unassembling). In my family members home, they had to remove the open/close hinge to prop the door open and left without putting it back on. I rated this company a 3/5 for satisfaction (as the movers were nice enough but I was not impressed with the overall service) and a 0/5 for "likely to recommend" (resulting in my 3/10 stars) as I would not recommend them to friends or family.

Very satisfied! Job well done! I needed my old, but very precious to me and my wife, piano moved from my house in Barrie to an apatment in Toronto. The guys came early and were very friendly. I had doubts at first, because my piano is not exactly the "pick up and carry" type and there were only 2 people. But once they began to pack my baby, you could see from their work that they knew exactly what they were doing. The piano was fully wrapped and VERY gently transported to the back of their truck in no time. When we got to the apartment building it turned out that the elevator is to small to fit it!... No problem! Ever seen a piano go on the side? I didn't know that it was physically possible! ..but no problem for the guys)) As a result, my baby found it's new home safe and sound. Overall VERY satisfied. Great company! Price is very reasonable! ThanX guys! Will recommend to friends and family!

This company Is not be TRUST. At the beginning the quote from Calgary to Toronto was 4700$. When they brought my stuff they charged me 3000$ more. I refused to pay that. One of the guy called me by the name of Yuri & said that if I do not pay my stuff it will be left somewhere in Canada. I didn't have choice i had to pay. First the company didnt use interac machine or credit card. They only used cash or email transfer they wanted cash and I asked about the receipt they never sent me my receipt. On the top of that they damaged my chair and dining table that I asked to fix they refused they said my stuff was already broken. They never delivered my tv. The 3 people who were doing the moving i asked them if they work for the company they said no. They were 3 people who did not have experience they didn't check their background that I found really ridiculous. One of the guy stayed in the truck for a long period of time pretend to smoke he was opening my box i dont know why he was doing that. I phone the office and ask for yuri they do not know a person by the name of yuri. They thiefed more than 100 bottle of new shellac for my spa. My heart is hurting. I do not know what to do. I phoned them those Russian people are very rude. They locked my phone number. Everytime I called my call couldn't go through. I phoned the police they came over and the police told me to go to the small court. Anyone has suggestions please let me know. THIS MOVING COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. PLEASE HELP I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY STUFF BACK.

They were very patient and politet. But they may need a third person to help them with heavy objects. They did their best, but I was afraid they cannot manage it. Overall it was a good experience with them.
