Reply created 3 Jan 2019Fantastic! That's the point: don't spend a fortune and get top notch look and product.....and still have money left over for enjoying life :) IKEA cabinets are durable, versatile, use top of the line hardware ad can easily be mistaken for custom cabinetry. In fact, often custom makers use IKEA hardware. We are so happy that you are satisfied with the result and also that you enjoyed working with our team and with Kim. Thank you for working with us.
Reply created 12 Jan 2018Thank you! We saw the photo you sent of the final product and it looks stunning! he cabinetry, the finishes you chose, from tiles, light fixtures and floor... magazine-worthy. We are grateful to you for taking the time to write us an email and to reach out with accolades about Kim. She is certainly one of the good ones :) Please enjoy the kitchen for many years to come. All the best!
Reply created 29 Sep 2017Ah, that's the best possible compliment we can have: our team does work hard to have a smooth transition from one part of the process to next. Kitchen renovation is a complex process and has challenges along each step. We are happy that you felt well taken care of. Wishing you a lot of happy moments in the new kitchen.

Reply created 19 Oct 2017Thank you! Repeat clients are the best compliment. Your project was fun to work on and we hope you enjoy the end result for many many years. The avocado bathroom update was our favorite before and after ;)

Reply created 29 Sep 2017We have now tried for several weeks to investigate and find out which job this is and who has attended to it. Without the client's name unfortunately we can not address the issue with the appropriate employee(s). Naturally, if a design is labeled "horrendous", we would like to know what was the flow of the meeting, who was the employee in question and to follow up appropriately with their supervisor and HR. Dear client, could you please email our office at the email that you used for pre-install communication and our management will act accordingly. Thank you!
