    Hardwood Flooring purchase and installation

    Peter Ricci and his team created a great experience for our recent hardwood flooring project, all the way from the sales estimation process through the installation project. Speers Flooring provided consultative, informed advice especially as it pertained to the need for a plywood subfloor and a few additional changes we needed as the project progressed. Installation was handled by Derek and his sons; their workmanship was extremely professional and the quality of their work was excellent. Speers Flooring is highly recommended for any of your hardwood flooring projects. Top notch!

    hardwood flooring installation throughout home and tile installation in hall

    Vince Ricci and his team, including Tomasz and Merek the installers of the hardwood provided an exceptional experience for us as we had hardwood installed throughout our home. From the first moment stepping into the store, to the completion of the project, my husband and I were treated respectfully and professionally. Our endless questions were patiently answered. The project was priced fairly and executed on time and to the dollar. We highly recommend the products and services of Speers flooring. In addition to the hardwood we had a very small area in the foyer laid with ceramic tile. This small piece of the project was beautifully done. With our thanks.....

    We Don't Even Get Competitive Quotes Anymore!

    We have recently downsized and needed to replace the tile floor in our kitchen. Since we had used Speers Flooring to do work in our previous house and were simply blown away at that time by their attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship and competitive pricing, we decided they would be the only Company we needed to call this time around. The Owner, Peter, personally attended our house within days of our call and made suggestions as to what could/should be done and we received a detailed quote within 24 hours of his visit. Tile selection was next and we found the Showroom staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. Finally the existing floor demo and new tile install - Sigitas & Eddy completed the job in only 4 days and we can't speak highly enough of the job they did. Not sure if another floor is in our future but, if it is, we know who we'll call!

    Whole home flooring and bathroom project

    I have nothing but perfect scores and high praise for Vince and his professional team. This is the second "perfect score” review I have written in the past 5 years for Speers Flooring. We have used their services both times to complete major renovations for hardwood throughout the whole home and tiling for all the bathrooms. Any renovation these days is a significant investment. Getting your choice of service provider correct is exceptionally important. Reputation and referrals from other people are critical to help choose a provider that will leave you with high quality lasting results at a competitive cost. I am confident you will appreciate the expert advice, care, and service that we have received from Speers Flooring. Doug

    Ceramic and Hardwood throughout

    10+ on quality of workmanship and customer service! I'm a perfectionist, so I spent a lot of time researching ceramic and hardwood options before finally making a decision to go with Speers Flooring. I had read a number of reviews which all spoke to the professionalism and follow past customers had experienced with Speers, and I found those to be absolutely accurate. From my initial dealings in store, through estimates and final recommendations, Peter was an absolute class act. Never trying to upsell or push the sale, instead Peter provided facts and recommendations for the project. We selected a 20" x 20" tile for the kitchen expertly installed by Brian, and 5" Vintage hand scraped oak expertly installed by Tom. We could not be happier with our flooring selections or the installers. Thanks Peter for a job well done.

    Hardwood Floor purchase and install

    After some procrastination, we decided to have our old hardwood flooring removed from the first level of our home and replaced with new flooring by Speers Flooring. From start to finish this project was extremely well handled due in great part to their teams best in class customer service. The knowledgeable sales staff at Speers flooring consult in an honest and pressure free demeanor. They took the time to clearly explain the pros and cons of all different options. After making our selection (Superior Enhanced Hand Scraped Maple Cumin), Peter came by to measure and view the job. His professionalism was obvious from the onset and he promptly helped find a solution resolve an issue in my kitchen that allowed us to move forward with this work. After some further consultation with Dino, who took time to answer the numerous additional questions we had, Derrick the installer and his family team arrived and did a truly remarkable job on the install. Their professionalism and attention to detail is truly remarkable and they treated our house like it was theirs. Their work was completed impeccably, promptly and as cleanly as possible. I would strongly recommend Speers Flooring and we will be using them again in the very near future for the upstairs. Well done on all aspects. The house looks phenomenal and the work completed exceeded our expectations

    Avoid this hardwood brand "Superior Flooring" and this company "Speers Flooring"

    I purchased 565 sq. ft. White Oak of "HSL Superior Flooring" brand from Speers Flooring and have it installed by [one of the independent] contactors. Less than one year post installation, I noticed obvious [wood] quality issues, exfoliation, peeling of the finished layer in the grains' direction, later investigated and fully acknowledged by HSL Superior Flooring and Speers Flooring, with a promise for a written report and a solution for repair. All my contacts from that day, mail, fax, in person, email to the owner were followed up. Behind their smiling faces is a completely unprofessional attitude, slick greediness, a lack of respect for so many people trusting reviews from dead good times. I'm ready to supply all the paperwork for any class action initiative.

A representative from Superior hardwood and Speers Flooring did a site inspection to address your concern - in which we found one board that had a split in it. Cause unknown. Our policy as per signage in the store and on all invoices states, “Defective material may be replaced, however no costs for labour will be assumed.” Speers Flooring did not provide the installation. Our installation policy has a full 3 year warranty on our installations. Please check with your installers warranty if he will take care of the labour portion to replace the one board that is defective or damaged. We will supply the needed board and a few spares to keep at no charge.

    Speers Review

    Vince and his team recently installed new hardwood and tiles throughout our new home in Milton. Speers could not have been more professional, and my wife and I are completely thrilled with their excellent work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone - they are competitively priced, great at what they do, timely, stand by their work, and no hidden costs! Thank you Vince and team for a job well done!

    Kitchen Backsplash

    Another flawless job by Speers Flooring. The technician was diligent and efficient in his application of the tiles. No mess, no fuss. He returned a few days later to check on the job and do a final caulking to prevent cracking.

    Hardwood throughout the house

    We went to Speers Flooring to purchase and install hardwood throughout our home this fall (2015) and we are happy that we did. Speers Flooring had a large selection of hardwood and their staff were friendly, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. We chose 5” engineered Maple hardwood for our whole house and are very happy with the product. An extra special mention should be made regarding our installer - Andre. His quality of work was second to none – meticulous, offered great suggestions on intricate areas, and his work was clean. Overall, we are very happy and would highly recommend Speers Flooring – great selection with a wide range in price and terrific staff and service.
