    Wood flooring for the entire house

    I am extremely happy with the quality of the wood, the installation and the service provided by Speers Flooring. Peter, Steve and Ahmad have done a wonderful job! The floors look beautiful! Peter was very helpful throughout the process and gave me good advise on selecting the wood type to layout design.

    Beautiful Torlys laminate in family room

    This has been the third time we have gone with Speers Flooring for a project in our home; all three times we have had an outstanding experience. The current job we just had done, included a lot of tricky transition areas; specifically around spindles and such. The completion of the project exceeded my expectations, I am extremely happy with my new Torlys laminate in Bowrey Oak. It such a relief knowing the job was done right. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quality products, and exceptional installers, you can't ask for more than that!

    Floor Renovation

    Once again Speers Flooring did not disappoint! Their professionalism and dedication were consistent with the previous job that they had completed in 2015. Hence the reason we did not hesitate to use them a second time. Also, Steve and Ahmad were very enterprising and completed the job to our satisfaction.     Engineered Flooring

    We had engineered hardwood installed on the entire main and second levels of our home and the team at Speers Flooring was excellent to deal with. Showroom staff were very informative and offered up great design suggestions. Management was professional and their efficient Installers were highly skilled which is clearly evident from the final product. We are very happy with the end product and would highly recommend their services to anyone without reservation.

    A Tale of Two Experiences

    Recently did hardwood flooring throughout an entire Oakville town home. When I started exploring where to go for hardwood, three names came up constantly: Speers, AA in Etobicoke, Milton Hardwood Floors. I went to all three and the experience at Speers is definitely the best, and the pricing is competitive. At Speers it's really a tale of two experiences. The showroom experience is excellent. They have a lot of staff in the showroom and they're all friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle is the best, the most patient and friendliest, Matthew is excellent, and every one else we dealt with was great. After many visits and taking samples home we finally selected an engineered wood on sale. The next step in the process was to get an estimate for installation, and it's here where Speers really went downhill, in my experience. We were told installation would be around $2.50 per square foot but after getting an estimate it was closer to $4, and there were so many 'price TBD' items that we didn't know what the final cost would be. Also, the whole estimation experience was terrible. The person who came out to do our estimate was dour and unfriendly; I really wondered if they wanted to be doing this job. In the end, I got the sense they didn't really want to do our installation as it was too small, and they prefer to work with big home builders. We also didn't know who was going to be doing the job as Speers out-sources installation. My advice: Go to Speers to select and buy your hardwood, but find a reputable installer, with references, in the $2.50 per square foot range to do your installation.

Now a days so many firms cut service to keep the price down. We try our best to offer both service and Price in a no pressure atmosphere. All of our team is non commissioned or old school so the experience is comfortable and not rushed or pressured. We are so glad that you also found someone to do the work within your desired price range that we were unable to achieve. We do offer install services which we back with a full warranty & our team of workers are covered by the government WSIB ( Workers Safety Insurance Board ) Our work is also protects home owners with 2 million dollar Liability Insurance should a rare accident occur at your home. We offer free in home estimates for labour with no obligation. As each job is so different it is hard to give an accurate cost over the phone or at the shop before seeing the job so all numbers mentioned are for a rough start and depend on all the variable of each job. Items like subfloor preparation and Levelling are difficult to estimate exactly when covered by carpet, furniture or other types of flooring so we often give a rough cost on this part of the job and approve this part of the cost with the client and their levelling expectations. This is why we sometimes say "to be determined" on these type of items. On items to be determined we always seek Client approve and acceptance before we adjust the final cost.     Flooring for 2nd Floor & Stairs

    We had Speers Flooring in to replace the carpeting at our newly purchased house on our staircase & 2nd floor. We were very happy with Speers flooring during the sales phase, and were very happy with Tamim & His crew during the installation. The installation was quick, painless and well done. We wouldn't hesitate to Recommend Speers flooring to anyone!

    Stair flooring, Engineered wood, Installation Main Floor & 2nd Floor

    10 Stars is not enough for the praiseworthy experience I had with Speers Flooring and their Team. I had a wonderful experience working with Peter from Speers Flooring on the installation of engineered hardwood floors on both main floor and second floor in my house. I requested the estimate to include floor tiles removed in the Kitchen and throughout the hallway and I couldnt be happier with the results on this decision I am so very pleased I chose to have wood flooring installed throughout the kitchen and hall. Peter was great with exact pricing and recommendations and advice. Installation day arrived Tamim and his partner DJ were knowledgeable, provided excellent workmanship, attention to detail and completed the entire job 1 day earlier then anticipated. They were prompt and got the job done quickly, cleanly, and most importantly, beautifully. I adore the new floors and would highly recommend Speers Flooring and their Team to anyone looking for a flooring installation. Tamim and DJ were nothing short of amazing with attention to work and detail and cleaned up every day to help make my life easier. Im so happy I chose Speers Flooring to make my home look more beautiful then ever. Thank you so very much Peter, Tamim and DJ for very happy and satisfied experience and you all are the absolute best and will definitely recommend you to anyone!

    Floor installation

    They have a large array of flooring in their shop which made it easy to choose the right colour. They were very well organized and were able to install a timely fashion. All in all, a very good experience.

    We love our new floors from Speers Flooring!

    Noory and Fida did a terrific job installing our new engineered hardwood floors. They were meticulous and clean & tidy about their work, and easy to have in the home with us during the work. Much thanks to Noory, Fida, Michele, and the entire Speer's Flooring team. We love our floors!!

    Hardwood Floor Installation

    My recent experience working with Speers Flooring was excellent. We had 2 bedrooms which required new hardwood floors and needed to match existing hardwood flooring installed a few years ago. I worked with Matthew to find a flooring match, Peter provided a timely (and competitive) quote and Ziggy completed the installation. We ended up selecting a slightly wider board than the original (4 1/2" versus 3 1/2") and the result was terrific. The color match was about as close to the original as we could get and the new hardwood is manufactured in Ontario which was a nice bonus. We did get quotes from other companies but felt that Speers Flooring was the right choice. We're very happy with our decision and would highly recommend Speers Flooring.
