Glass Backsplash Tile
Sigis and Eddy did a wonderful job installing my new glass mosaic backsplash ! They were on time , curtious , professional and tidy . Many thanks to the Speers Flooring Staff and Christine for her assistance in picky out the right espresso and white mosaic tile . We love it !

customer service
I just want to say how i was treated when i tried to return 4 sheets of tiles from a backsplash my client had pick...Mr phill needs some training on how to talk to contractors , after sending dozens of clients to your store and giving you thousands of dollars in business i was denied to return 4 SHEETS of Travertine and even had a trade card ! keep the trade card Mr phill....Like you said to me after i ask you that there was nothing on the receipt that said no return. you said quote on quote ( dont give me attitude). I guess you dont need my business afterall!!!!

As one of the owners, I would like to personally thank you for all of your patronage that you have brought to Speers Flooring. It is because of clients like yourself that we will be celebrating 50 years of business success next year. Speers Flooring strives for 100 % customer satisfaction. To provide a balanced understanding, we have established Return Policies which are displayed on 3'x 5' signs throughout the showroom for easy reference as well as on our invoices. The first line of our Return Policy does state that "All natural stone purchases are final sale." This policy is very much the standard in our industry. Because Natural Stones have inherent variances, each batch we receive will not look the same as the last. Our customers, like you and your clients, would be upset if their order contained pieces from a different lot as part of their order. Our mandate is that every client of ours should be confident that they are getting the best, first quality material that has not been mixed with previous batches or previously sorted through. Having said that, our team has been asked to work with clients to better their experiences in any way possible while maintaining company policies. Speers Flooring certainly appreciates your time for bringing matter to our attention for discussion. Your patronage is very important to us. In order to resolve this circumstance to everyone's benefit, please contact me and I will refund the cost of the product surplus to you, but as we cannot utilize the material, please keep the four pieces as spares for your project. Having a few spares for a completed project is always highly recommended in all cases. Hardwood Flooring
Speers flooring installed hardwood flooring in our home to match some existing flooring and replace carpets. Throughout the process the whole company was very professional, friendly and helpful when it came to small changes with the project. The work was done to a very high standard by a friendly and efficient crew. We are very happy and look forward to doing some more work with Speers in the future. Thanks

Repairing Hardwood Floors
I needed to repair hardwood in my kitchen and went to many different flooring stores to try to find a match. The gentlemen at Speers Flooring took the time to go through all of his samples and although they didn't have it he knew the specific tree/where it was from and told me where to go to get what I needed.

Living room hardwood
This company is a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is outstanding! The sales people are friendly and very knowledgeable and their installers' work is phenomenol. No mess at all! Speers is a company that fulfills their promise. The materials and installers all arrived on time. I highly recommend Jozeph and Peter who installed my floor... true professionals! Thank you to Vince who coordinated this project. I just notified him that we want to do another room ASAP!

Stone tiles for floors and backsplash
The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything from durability, installation, care, and colour coordination were addressed. In addition, returns of extra materials were no problem. Regardless of the store traffic, there were sufficient salespeople on the floor to make sure no one waited too long for service. Plus, they had a wonderful selection!

Cork floor purchase
This is a great place to buy flooring. Recently we had to get some cork flooring. We came to the store around 7 pm, we didn't realize that they where closed at that time. But we where lucky because they had a workshop going on and although the store was officially closed they still let us in, and we where able to purchase our floor. The floor is fantastic, the price was good too. Thank you for great customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Hardwood flooring supply and install (also purchase of some tile)
We are building a family home in downtown Oakville - had been looking for flooring with no luck for some time. We saw a few we 'somewhat' liked at Speers (liked the texture of one, colour of another). Christine called the supplier - and found us 2 samples for us to consider (we picked them up within 24 hrs of our conversation with her). We decided on one ... and now we were in a time crunch! Greg came out immediately, we had a quote later that day (and yes we called for other quotes). No one was able to beat the quote, or the timing. We had delivery within the week and started install shortly after. Greg stopped by a few times to ensure humidity and conditions in the home were appropriate for install. Install was quick and professional (we already have a ton of compliments on the floor and we're not even done finishing). I have to say sometimes working with trades and suppliers can be frustrating (they seem to have their own timelines and agendas), Speers flooring is not the norm! We have always been dealt with in a quick and professional manner. Tile orders are always in within a couple days, there is always someone eager to help you when you stop by the showroom, and no one has beaten their prices or service. Thanks Greg, Christine and staff at Speers!

Remove stone floor, replace heating, tile 1500 sq ft.
Speers flooring has high quality products, and a well-oiled installation team. Realistic goals were set and met. We were well informed about the process and the costs. Options were given and we chose the insulating board to go under the under-floor heating. All the employees at Speers flooring were friendly and helpful. A big thanks to our project co-ordinator, Greg, who lined up the "ducks in a row" to make this an on-time, on-budget project. He managed our project well. We are very satisfied, and would warmly recommend them.

Kitchen ,hall , entrance , powder room and, livingroom flooring
We invited Vince Ricci of Spears Flooring to quote on removal of existing hardwood in our kitchen,hallway , entrance and powder room. As well as installation of new pre finished hardwood in our living/dining room areas and installation of Unicom Starker tile in the kitchen ,hall entrance and powder room in a pinwheel pattern. The price was excellent and the workmanship was even better, on time and our home was treated with respect and kept clean. Thanks to Thomaz and Mario for a great job on our hardwood and to Sigas and Eddie for a supurb tile setting job.
