    Hardwood Purchase and Installation

    Speers Flooring has a well earned reputation as being an excellent choice for the purchase and installation of hardwood floors and they didn't disappoint. Everyone in the process from store staff through estimation to installation proved to be knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Dino's patience in addressing all of our pre-installation concerns is to be commended. Last but not least, it must be highlighted that Derek and Nathan did a great job of the hardwood install. Derek displayed excellent craftsmanship at his trade and paid great attention to detail. He is to be complimented for his utmost concern regarding customer satisfaction. Well done all.

    Floor installation

    Speers Flooring did an excellent job installing my new wooden floors throughout my home. Their installers did an excellent job and were very professional and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone

    Hardwood installation and carpet removal

    Speers Flooring replaced our carpet in 4 bedrooms and basement with hardwood and vinyl. Excellent product and installation quality. Tamim and team installed everything in less than a week and within the agreed timeframe. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Speers Flooring

    Vinyl Floor & Installation

    The vinyl floor looks better than we imagined. Beautiful product. Our installer, Tony was friendly, polite, arrived on time. He quickly removed the old flooring and started the new floor. Old flooring was removed & disposed of, immediately. New floor delivered on time. Never a mess. Next day we had a new floor, new base boards and everything looks perfect. We have had new flooring installations before, this was by far the best job we have never had. We would highly recommend Speers Road Flooring knowledgeable staff and our installer, Tony Gorny.

    Hardwood Install

    Had two bedrooms installed with hardwood purchased from Speers. An absolute positive experience and exactly what was expected. I highly recommend Speers for any home flooring project. Peter was great in communication and timelines.

    Loving our new flooring & backsplashes

    In 2017 we decided to invest in our home by renovating the kitchen. Included in the project was new flooring. After talking to several flooring providers, we selected Speers Flooring in Oakville to install our new tile floors from the front foyer and hall through to the kitchen and butler’s pantry into the laundry room. As well they got our order for new backsplash in our kitchen & laundry rooms. The salesrep Greg was very helpful and suggested great options to consider. The installer and his helper were amazing and their work was meticulous and performed on schedule. We love our new tile floor, backsplashes and floor baseboards. We highly recommend Speers Flooring for all your flooring and tile projects.

    Hardwood Flooring

    All of the staff at Speers Flooring were very professional and the process from picking the flooring to the installation was a very positive experience. Andre and his crew were on time every day, professional and explained what they were doing, as well as offering good advice throughout the installation process. Peter coordinated both the hardwood flooring and the stair installation (with a separate company) with all work completed according to scheduled and answered all my questions and emails promptly. I am very happy with the hardwood floor.

    Could not return unopened boxes of flooring!

    Updated Sept 9, 2020 - As per Peter's reply below I've been fully reimbursed for the 2 extra boxes. He was prompt and professional in correcting my situation. Thanks Peter. I bought flooring from Speers Flooring to install myself. We decided that we wanted to support a local company instead of Home Depot during these crazy Covid days. We had a great salesperson who supported us and when we were estimating the number of boxes required, he suggested we buy a couple extra to ensure we are not short. Agreed, common approach and we can always return the unopened boxes. We finished the job and had 2 unopened boxes. I went to return them and was shocked to find out that my order was considered a "Special Order". Company policy is that you cannot return items that are part of a Special Order. This was the first time I learned that our project was considered a Special Order. I asked the obvious - "What makes our order a special order?" The response was that they didn't have the inventory in stock. My next question - "Wouldn't that be most of your orders then?" Yeah...pretty much! "So essentially you don't have a return policy?" You should have known this when you bought it, it was a special order. (Unfortunately NOT part of your sales discussion with the customer!!) Shame on you Speers Flooring! Our next home reno is starting next month and while I want to support local industry, unfortunately I must buy from Hope Depot or somewhere else that support local DIY customers.

    Bedroom Hardwood floors

    We were recommended to Speers Flooring by neighbours who had their main floor hardwood installed by them. While we shopped for different products, we did land with Speers because of the service we received from the moment of walking in the door, the explanations we received regarding the different products, pros/cons for each in bedroom (with a dog, etc) through to rescheduling through COVID shutdown and finally install. I have to say, the installation was impeccable and Tom, our installer, was absolutely meticulous. His workmanship is amazing and he really went over and above with little things (ensuring our cable was fed through the wall and behind the baseboard when it hadn't been previously, etc. The service quality instilled in the team by Vince and Peter is obvious.

    Hardwood purchase and installation throughout our entire home.

    Vince and the entire Speers Flooring team exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process communication was excellent. The attention to detail by installer Shameem and his crew was outstanding. They were a pleasure to have in our home; tidy, efficient, respectful and HARD WORKING! We have selected Speers Flooring for all our homes and we have NEVER been disappointed.
