    Moving into The City

    Arby and his team are wonderful. They're fast, efficient, positive, competent and professional. Nothing is ever too much - always a response of "Of course!". I just moved from a house to a condo in an old building - a slow elevator and many stairs, but the guys took in their stride and got me settled. Phew! They're great!

    great service

    the crew is fun and working hard. on time and very professional. pricing is outlined beforehand and no any hidden cost. so happy choosing the right service provider. definitely recommend the service.

    Best movers I've ever used

    Been moving a lot over the last several years. I've used Arby's every single time. He has really great core teams, and he doesn't shift away from them. On my last move he couldn't do the original date, he didn't just take on a crew he didn't know, his guys were busy. I literally changed my move date to be sure I was using Arby's crew. Four moves and counting, all nicely done, and at the estimate given.

    Moving

    From the very beginning of my experience with booking movers to off load the trailers with my personal belongings Mr.Arby was very accommodating when the date and time had to be changed due to immigration and logistic changes. Mr.Arbys team were very punctual, respectful when operating in my home, and honest when they noticed damaged furniture from the truck. I was very happy with the service I received and will be a returning customer should I require future moving services, and I will definitely recommend them to others. Book with this company if you want great service, and a stress free experience.

    House move

    From day one, Arby Cartage was amazing to deal with. They are so accommodating, honest, straightforward and helpful. When it came to moving day, the team was energetic, happy and infused humour into what can be a stressful day. They were incredibly careful with all of our stuff, and really went above and beyond with helping us in so many more ways than any other company would have. Can't recommend them enough.

    Amazing - Wonderful - Friendly - Professional

    Amazing! Wonderful! Super Friendly! Professional! I can't think of any other words to use to describe the team at Arby Cartage. Moving can be a very stressful time and experience for anyone but because of the amazing, wonderful, friendly and professional team at Arby Cartage, my parents' move was so stress free and went so easily. The care that they took and the support that they provided was beyond expectations and we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you so much Arby Cartage...can't say thanks enough!

    Move from storage to apartment

    I chose Arby for our move based on reviews here on Homestars. I spoke to Arby himself on the phone and liked him immediately. He gave me a very fair quote and explained it thoroughly, followed it with an email and responded to my emails promptly. His two men arrived with the truck on time and were very friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to help us rearrange our storage locker before heading to the new apartment. The move went very smoothly and was done in about 5 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Arby Cartage to a friend anytime!

    Small Office Move

    Right from the start Arby Cartage was a stand-out moving option. They actually came in to our office before giving us a quote, and were the only group to notify use that one set of cabinets (which we had assembled inside our offices) would likely not fit in the elevator and would need to be disassembled (knowing this, we disassembled ourselves which saved us a larger bill!) . On moving day (we had 2 days of moving as we were splitting into two separate offices) our movers were friendly, fast, and careful. There was no damage to our things, and nothing was left behind. They were by far the easiest part of our move. Would 100% recommend.

    Condo to house move

    The movers were very professional and efficient. It took about 3 hours to pack up the truck for a 2-bed condo plus locker. The 3-person team took apart and put back together the big furniture (beds, mirror on dresser). It took about another 2 hours to move everything into the new house and set it all up. Nice guys to work with.

    Move out, storage and move in in the future

    I was given a referral for the guys services and they were absolutely fabulous. It was a little amazing to be honest. They came in, wrapped and carefully packed furniture that needed wrapping and were out in under an hour. I thought it would be several hours. They asked what if any items we needed to have access to while in storage so they packed the storage area as we instructed. We have made arrangements for a few extra deliveries to be added and then when our condo is ready they will move it all over again! I would highly recommend these guys as they were as friendly as they were efficient! DM
