    Replace shingled roof, skylight, flat roof, repaired some wood

    Luc hired a very competent subcontractor company and we were very pleased with their work. I'm not sure what extra value we were paying hiring Luc as a roofing contractor, other than he deserves a finder's fee I guess as he can help you avoid the poor quality roofers. But as a contractor, he was friendly enough as long as I didn't raise any questions, but seemed to get insulted when I had any questions on his decisions or pricing. Things went more smoothly just dealing directly with the subcontractor so I hired them directly the next time I needed roofing work.

    Roofing work

    Crew was extremely hardworking in what was really humid and hot weather. They were there very early and worked hard the whole day and kept everything very tidy and organized. Luc was very helpful and followed up when necessary. Very impressed with the quality and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Re-Roofing Job

    We couldn't have been happier with the work Luc's Roofing did when our roof needed replacing. From the advice on roof ventilation and colour selection to the courteous team who completed the job, everything was first-rate. They even did a superbe job tidying up around the property after! And now that we have proper ventilation, our second storey bedroom is much more comfortable during a heat wave. Thanks, Luc's!

    re-roofing after 17 years

    I'm the neighbour across the street from Yvonne (previous submission). Luc's Roofing did my house in stages 17-15 years ago. Just now had to re-do the flat roof and south-facing slope on a semi-detached, and the garage. As they were then, and continue to be with Ben (son of Luc), they are very professional. Clean-up was impeccable; I couldn't find a speck of left-over tile in the yard when I came home this afternoon. And I looked! Luc and Ben run a very professional roofing business. They have two crews who have been with them for 10+years: same people. That says a lot about the contracting business.. I recommend Luc's Roofing highly, and have done so over the years to neighboiurs. I think Luc's Roofing has done at least 6-10 houses on our street. And they are there, big time, in an emergency.     Loose shingle

    Hands down the best roofing company out there! Just last week Luc's Roofing was across the street doing some work for a neighbour of ours and they noticed that one of our shingles was loose. They came over and fixed it, and also did some caulking for us, because they were there and they care! They're customer service is second to none; they did our roof 15 years ago!! We wouldn't dream of using anyone else, they are honest and friendly and they do top quality work! Thanks Luc!

    Roofing: flat roof and shingles

    My husband read a recommendation of Luc's Roofing on Homestar so they made our list of companies to bring out for an estimate. Ben came out and did the most thorough estimate, which left us confident that we were being quoted for the work upfront instead of getting a bigger bill on the end. He came with suggestions for making our roof more effective and affordable and helped up chose the best shingle colour. Our experience continued to be very positive. The workers were fast, polite and extremely clean! After they left you wouldn't have known they had been there - a huge bonus as anyone who has had contractors come out knows. Ben (Luc's son) walked us through every step of the way and added a levelof customer service we were not expecting. We highly, highly recommend Luc's Roofing.

    New Roof & Flashing

    When our customers ask for a roofing referral, we always recommend Luc's Roofing. We will only recommend a tradesman/company that we have full confidence in. We've been recommending them for more than a few years now and we have never had any of our customers reply with any negativity---and I do follow-ups to ensure our customers have been satisfactorily serviced.     Roof vent

    Ben's team diid a great job of installing the new vent for our renovated kitchen. It looks great, fit the venting well, and is leak and trouble free. They also gave us piece of mind with the state of the Roof of our new house.

    Shingle , Flat and cedar work

    We are completely satisfied with the work and we'd have no hesitation in recommending Luc's Roofing to any of our friends or associates.  All the work met and exceeded our expectations.  We also appreciate the advice Ben gave us on shingle selection and on the use of cedar for the bay window area.  It all looks terrific.
