    Eavestrough repair

    We had a problematic section of eavestrough that water would pour from during heavy rain. We got a quote for the work very quickly, and the young men who came to do the repair were polite, thorough and efficient. They cleaned the trough and the work area before they finished. Would definitely use Tip Top Trough again, very happy with the results.

    Gutter repair

    A portion of my gutter had torn away from the roof and dangling over the main power line to the house. Myriam was fast in responding with a quote, which I assume means someone came out. The price was fair so we decided to go ahead with Tip Top Trough. After hearing the work would be done in 2-3 weeks, I expressed concern of the gutter falling in a heavy rainstorm and potentially knocking out the power line. Myriam and her team were very accommodating and fit us in immediately. I'm very happy that we went with her and the work was done very cleanly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work done to the their troughs.

    A negative experience that followed a very good experience

    I don't like to write bad reviews. I wrote an excellent review after the first experience with this company. The second experience was very disappointing. So, to balance out my reviews and ensure a more reasonable reflection of my overall impression of the company, I am writing my first bad review. An unprofessional crew arrived and left after about 15 minutes. The fee was not fair for the service provided. As a returning customer, I expected much better service. I have not called them again and I am not sure that I would use them again.

    Completely satisfied

    Was very quick to setup appointment. Couldn't make it on original scheduled day but did call ahead to advise and rebooked. Very satisfied with workers and the job they did. Would recommend to anyone looking for eavestrough cleaning

    Trough Cleaning

    We've used Tip Top Trough on multiple properties of ours. This job including fixing a leaking trough and a general cleaning. They had very clear communication and worked very well around the weather. Thanks!

    Cleaning

    Tip Top Trough came to clean our very clogged eavestroughs. The team was polite and efficient. They explained what they were doing and removed all the debris by hand and disposed of it in a compost bag. I would use Tip Top Trough again.

    Leak Seal and Downpipe Installation

    Tip Top trough did a really nice job. Their service is very prompt and professional and they provide high quality work at reasonable prices. I am very happy and would recommend then highly.

    Downspout replacement

    We recently contracted Tip Top Trough to replace a broken downspout on our house. They told me the day they would arrive and they were very quick professional and easy to deal with.

    Small repair

    I have copper gutters and one had become blocked and torn. It was leaking fountains onto the sidewalk. Not many companies were interested in such a small job, nor would they deal with copper. Tip top were prompt with s quote and although we did have to wait a few weeks, the service was of high quality, the staff were efficient and pleasant.

    Eavesthrough Cleaning done right

    After looking Tip Top Trough on Home Stars I reached out for a quote for eavestrough cleaning. The quote was delivered within 48 hours and very fair compared to a few other companies so I booked it. In speaking with Myriam she was professional on the phone. The crew did a thorough job cleaning and removing leafs. The cleaning also included an inspection report by the crew.
