product all faded
I hired this company a few years back after extensive damage to my home from a terrible storm, and all of the products they used that are 10 years NEWER than my other aluminum, look 20 years older. The colour has faded and no longer matches my other aluminum. I am on Homestars now looking for a reputable company and my confidence is somewhat shaken when I see that they have decent reviews. I was not pleased in the least with either the product or my contact there. He seemed like a spoiled kid. Not a great experience.

Eaves and downspouts
These guys did a great job - we asked for quotes in the fall, and they very quickly provided a competitive price, but said they could only begin the work in the spring as they don't work during the cold winter months. Early in the spring, they contacted us again, and the crew just showed up and did the entire job in a single day. The night before, the owner called and asked to come over just to make sure the colour was the right one to match our new windows - sure enough, we found a better match and we have ended up with an excellent finished product. The crew was courteous, diligent and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommend Tip Top Trough!

Eavestrough repair/downspout replacement
Found Tip Top Trough via Homestars, and am happy I did work with them. Folks on site were cheerful, easy to talk to, polite and did additional work I hadn't even contracted for. Any minor concerns/issues I had were promptly (and professionally) resolved by Myriam over at head office - wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Eavestroughs and downspouts and windows cleaning
I already hired Tip Top Trough twice. I trust them with cleaning my eavestroughs and downspouts, and windows too, at the end of the Fall. The job is done very well and Yitzie always welcomes the feedback and responds with a great commercial attitude. There was a misunderstanding about the windows cleaning and Yitzie sent his team to finish it on the next Sunday, not to delay us. I'm very happy with their customer service and will call them again.

Brand new sleek downpipes!
We replaced 3 downpipes and relocated 1 to a more convenient location. Larger newer downpipes make the property look much better Clean up was great They offered to replace two soffit pot lights for me 2 story house in downtown Toronto. Tight space in between the houses.

eavestrough repair, dripping leaking eavestrough
We own a rental property in Toronto, but live three hours away. We rely on contractors who are honest, efficient and capable. As soon as our tenant mentioned the problem with our eavestrough, we contacted Tip Top Trough through their online site. When they came to assess the issue, it was more complicated than just a clog in the eavestrough. Pierce was so helpful and patient in explaining the total problem to me, and promised to make the necessary repairs. It’s been about six weeks since they were here, and there is no dripping and it is completely fixed. They were great. Highly recommend this company for their outstanding work and warranty.

We were getting squirrels in the attic through the siding on the gable. We contacted ttt and got a quote quickly and efficiently. TTT replaced the siding and closed off any potential holes in the insulation so they wouldn't reappear. It took them half a day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional wth both myself and my tenants. We will definitely recommend TTT to our friends and neighbours, in fact, we have a few more projects lined up for them!

Replacement of eavestroughs
Got an estimate from the company and a promise to do the work once weather allowed. They showed up as soon as the weather was suitable and replaced all the eavestroughs and downspouts, as well as some other work that needed to be done. The work was done on time and they cleaned up afterwards.

Eavestrough
The initial quotation and installation part was great, but this company does not offer any after sale service at all even though their invoice indicates 3 yrs warranty. We had work done about 10 months ago and during the rain storm 2 weeks ago, 2 issues with our pipe occurred. Even the inspector that came out to see the problem stated that the installer didn't do a proper job. We have yet to hear back from the company and offer any resolution.

That same afternoon we dispatched a crew to assess the cause of the leaking you were experiencing in the heavy rainstorm the day before. As you mentioned the downpipe installation we had done for you ten months earlier came with a three year warranty, as does the majority of our repair services. After my lead inspector investigated the problem, he concluded the leaking and spurting was caused from debris build up in the pipe. Unfortunately the warranty does not cover maintenance of your eavestroughs and downpipes. We would like to extend an additional 25% off the eavestrough cleaning service we have already discounted for you. Please contact us if you are interested in moving ahead.

Eavestrough cleaning
We hired Tip Top Trough for eavestrough cleaning service. Myriam is very helpful and responsive. The crew is punctual and professional, and the service is reasonably priced. We are very satisfied with their work.
