    Gutter repair

    I was impressed from the first email to the finish of the job. This company delivers good customer service with value for your dollar.Do yourself a favor and try no one else.You will not be disappointed!!

    Replace downpipe

    I was very pleased with the service at Tip Top Trough. They were very responsive to inquiries and once we decided to go ahead with the work t was scheduled very quickly. We needed to replace one of our downpipes and when the crew came to do the work were very efficient and took the time to paint the downpipe so that it matched the colour of our house and other downpipes accordingly. I would highly recommend them.

    Eavestrough cleaning and downspout de-clogging

    My eavestrough had been dripping at the bottom of a corner of the roof and the original quote for the job needed a leak seal service in addition to the cleaning/de-clog. After Frank, the crew team leader, inspected my eavestrough on job day, he concluded that only de-clogging of the downspout near the dripping was needed, no leak seal service was required. His crew de-clogged the downspout and cleaned my eavestrough thoroughly. Dirt and debris was collected in a yard waste bag at the curb for the city to collect. They cleaned up after themselves with no mess. I am very happy with their service. They did a great job and honest with what was only required to be done. All the communication was done with Myriam at their office which was fast and efficient. They emailed me before coming and advised me immediately if rescheduling was needed due to increment weather. The original quote was clear and precise and so was the final invoice (with leak seal service removed) I received when the job was completed. No surprise or any hidden fees. All in all, a very good experience and I certainly will recommend Tip Top Trough to my friends for their exceptional quality services. Thanks you!

    Cleaning of eaves troughs and straightening of an eaves trough

    Hired Tip Top to clean the eaves. They noticed one section was a little bent & pointed it out. I'd had some ice damning in that area spot over the winter & this was obviously the reason. Rehired them for the repair job. Both jobs were done really well and the person who explained the issue was very helpful and explained the issue well. Would definitely recommend them. Cost was reasonable and they showed up when they said they would.

    Eavestrough repair

    Nathan was really nice to deal with and did a great job repairing all my eavestrough issues. He also redirected a downpipe from the city sewer which he reworked so that the direction of the pipe now runs along a second floor balcony in order to keep the area underneath clear for foot traffic.

    Eavestrough cleaning services

    The company was a pleasure to deal with. Received email confirming appointment and another email day before as a reminder. Clean wrote out what was going to be done. No surprises. Professional and great job cleaning up when finished. Also provided an estimate for repairs to downspout that were required. Would recommend without hesitation.

    eavestrough cleaning

    Phone them they got back quickly, came on date indicated. Everything easy regarding communication with office. They did several things including cleaning and recommending repairs. I know that there are problems which cleaning alone will not solve.

    Eavetrough

    Recently had my eaves done by another company who did a lousy job. i never heard from this company again hence I was stuck with poorly draining eaves and ice accumulating over the winter. Contacted Tip Top Troughs though email and they responded promptly. Pierce came over within a few days and gave an excellent analysis of the problems and the proposed step by step solutions. Felt very comfortable discussing the job with him. Never pressured. Price was competitive. The crew that came to do the job was professional and respectful of my home. Left the place as they found it. Thank you!!

    Eavestrough cleaning

    This is the second year in a row I'm using Tip Top Trough. I'm extremely satisfied with their service. They get the job done professionally and they don't leave any mess behind. It is effortless to work with them, and this helps me a lot with my busy schedule.

    Eavestrough Cleaning and Inspection

    Good group to clean/fix your eavestrough. I had multiple issues after a roof installation and the crew of Frank, Keith and Marques did a great job. They even collected all the debris and put in a bag for disposal. Myriam was great - she was easily reachable by both email and phone for questions and confirmed the appointment the day before. Would definitely use them again.
