The crew arrived on time, they worked quickly and explained their work. They made some helpful maintenance-related suggestions. The bill matched the estimate which is nice. Overall, they did a great job.

Every corner of our eavestroughs was leaking due to worn out caulking/sealant. Tip Top Troughs cleaned and sealed 4 outside and 2 inside corners of our eaves. They also replaced two downspouts that were leaking and undersized (2"x3") with new 3" X 3" downspouts. They matched the colour perfectly. Their great crew explained everything. Myriam in the office was a dream to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The work was easy to schedule and the cleaning/service made the house look very clean. All the waste was bagged and put at the curb which was great as well.

Tip Top Trough removed my downspout and made changes to my eaves that were required to ensure that they functions properly without the downspout. The work was extremely well done. They did a great job in dealing with unanticipated problems that arose while they were doing the work. Our gutters had been overwhelmed during the recent rainstorms and this resulted in a basement leak. The Tip Top team came in and reworked the existing gutters to ensure that this won't happen again. Subsequent heavy rain has proved that they've solved the program. They were on time, polite and professional. Communication from the office was top notch. Very professional.

I requested quotes from a few companies. All had sales people come by and promised to send estimates. Tip Top Trough was the only one that actually sent one. They came and did the work when promised, the crew was friendly and courteous and Myriam is a pleasure to work with. There is some repair work they identified and I will not hesitate to use them for that as well.

Myriam, at Tip Top Troughs, responded very quickly to my enquiries. I received an estimate within a couple of days of my initial contact. She communicated clearly about when they would be coming, what was needed. When a change had to be made, she let me know right away, and was quick to reschedule. The service itself was done well for a reasonable price.

There was a leak in a patch of my eaves troughs and I called 3 companies, recommended by my real estate agent, to provide a quote. Tip Top was the only one to show up when they said they would without me calling back and provided an estimate for the problem I had called about but also told me that the overall system was in bad shape. They provided a fair quote for both options and followed up to see if I had any questions. I ultimately decided to go with them because of the strong ratings on Home Stars. They completed the work when they said they would in a timely manner and the team was very professional and friendly. The job was done well and the new eavestroughs are a big improvement over the old ones.

I was really happy with the service Myriam provided over the phone (and email). She's both pleasant and accommodating. And I couldn't be happier with my clean gutters! Thank you Trevor! Every bit of debris was removed and the inside bottom of the gutter was even shiny (where I could see it). I called the office to ask a few questions after my job was complete, and Trevor happened to be in the office and was kind enough to answer a couple questions and elaborate on his suggestion to improve my water flow. Nice guy, genuine, and easy to talk with. I'm definitely satisfied and would highly recommend their services.
