Had Tip Top Trough come onsite twice to try and repair a leaking eavestrough. Unfortunately they were unable to fix the issue. I also had to follow up with them a couple times as they're extremely busy. That being said, their cleaning service was pretty good and I do think they genuinely wanted to fix the issue (by coming back onsite a 2nd time). If they'd fixed the issue I would've given them a 10. Update: My previous rating was a 6. Upon reading my review, the ownership contacted me to discuss my review. We reviewed the previously quoted work and came to a fair and reasonable agreement. This company genuinely cares about the work they do and will back it up with action so I've decided to upgrade my review.

The team at Tip Top Trough were very polite, well organized and a pleasure to deal with. We hired them to repair the aluminum fascia that was dislodged on two sides of our house after a wind storm. They completed the fascia repair work promptly and to our complete satisfaction.

Our home is a one and a half story house with some plants along the walls, making it rather difficult to DYI cleaning the eavestroughs. We realized we needed some help after noticing a section of eavestrough got overflowed even though we had leaf guard installed. From the well praised reviews of Tip Top Trough on Homestars we decided to give them a try. And it turned out as a well made decision. First, the initial contact with their office was responded by a person, not an answering machine. Then a quote by Myriam was promptly followed with an estimated time frame for the service. On the service day, the TTT crew showed up on time as promised. Brock and his assistant were friendly, helpful and competent. They climbed up to our roofs to clear the leaves and debris then hosed down the eavestroughs and leaf guards with water spray nozzle. It's not what I would try to do myself due to fear of height. They also provided some extra service by fixing a couples of trough elbows being installed poorly for us. From our first experience with TTT, we can say for sure it won't be the last. They are the one we will call next time if we need any works relating to eavestrough and will recommend them without hesitation. Overall, it's a company with a well deserved reputation.

The two people who came to clean my eves and take off my damaged leaf screens were great. My issues were with the office. My original quote did not have any information regarding what the service would entail and my final bill indicated work that was not done or asked for and the bill was over $900.00. Staff person really did not seem apologetic or concerned when the new invoice was issued. Shortly after I posted this I was called by the owner who was incredibly apologetic. It was clear that the integrity of his company is very important to him. He offered me a discount on my project and reiterated that best practices is what his company is striving for. I was very impressed and would use this service again.

Great transaction from first contact with Myriam to get a quote and scheduling of team to complete the work. Myriam was prompt with the quote and always responded promptly to my queries. Even though the crew was booked solidly for two weeks, she was able to squeeze us in. As discussed, she contacted me the day prior to the crew showing up. Crew with Trevor and Frank showed up and were very professional. They did a thorough cleaning of the eavestrough, flushed with water and cleaned up after themselves -- putting back furniture that they had moved, etc. Trevor mentioned that a section of the gutter was not sloped properly and that a small portion needed replacement. He took time to answer my questions, and explained that Myriam would send a quote later. All in all, work was done professionally. I am very pleased with the transaction and highly recommend TipTopTrough. Will definitely use them again.

I called Tip Top Trough a few weeks ago to get them to provide an estimate on repairing two sections of eavestrough on our house and garage. Their estimator came a day or two later, and I received an email estimate that night. Impressed with the timeliness of their work, and feeling their price was fair, we agreed to have them do the repair. They told us it would be about two weeks before they could fit us in the schedule, and they did the work 15 days later to our total satisfaction. We were pleased with the process and the work, and we will happily recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.

We had a new downspout installed and sealing of a leak in part of an eavestrough. The workers were polite, arrived when expected, and were very neat and cleaned up well. We required a readjustment after the installation and they were very good to follow up and return promptly. This company has a very strong attribute in communication. We received prompt messages any time work was scheduled or cancelled due to weather. When we required a readjustment---Brock was very good to explain what was happening and why. After over 24 hours of rain--and heavy at times---we are very happy with the work that was done!

Work was performed to a very high quality. We wanted the downspout to not be visible from a particular sightline and the team was able to make this happen. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high. I would recommend Tip Top Trough and will use them again.
