An excellent experience from start to finish. Tip Top was quick to return our initial call, quick to do the estimate as well as the work. They were extremely professional in all of their interactions with us and did a thorough and fantastic job. Will definitely use them again for any future needs.

Tip Top Trough did a large job for us last fall, redirecting a problem downspout into a new exit pipe. At the time, they also repaired a few leaking corners. All was to our satisfaction. As someone else said in their review, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and Tip Top employs good people who get the job done right. Come the summer, one of the gutter corners began to drip again. With no hesitation, they sent a two-man crew out to have a look at it and repair it, which they did. They also highlighted some shingle damage, likely from raccoons trying to get inside, and fixed that too. At no charge. First class work, first class customer service.

Needed work on our eaves troughs that was long overdue. Quote was simple and efficient and informative. Work was done as estimated with no pressure for additional services. Highly recommended!

I needed to have the back downspout replaced and moved to another area of the house. Tip Top came back twice to ensure that the new downspout was relocated to where I wanted it. While it cost slightly more it ensured it would look good. They took the time to explain the added cost which included resloping existing eavestrough. The work was done quickly and the new downspout looks and functions great.

This was a small job - just installing missing eavestrough on the front porch. Their work was very neat and of the highest quality. I am 100% satisfied and would enlist them for another project in a heartbeat. They were very responsive answering questions before the job begun. Project was completed exactly when they said it would be.

I appreciate the cleaning done on my eavestroughs and the advice I received thereafter, as to repairs, suggestions and better future maintenance. The team came over while I was at work and the debris was all cleaned up and left at curbside. Clean and efficient. I would recommend using this service to anyone and will most likely do so in the future!

Tip Top Trough did a great job cleaning the troughs and were even able to advise and provide a contact regarding some other roof issues that they identified during the clean. Very professional and highly recommend Pierce and his team.

We were looking to get our eaves cleaned out. Miriam and Pierce were prompt in responding to my request for a quote and then booking a time to get the work done. They were booked out for about 2 weeks which they had communicated. 2 weeks later, they contacted me and told me that they planned to be out at our place the next day (weather permitting). They came and they cleaned. Thanks Tip Top! Very satisfied with the service.
