Pierce and his team were excellent. Pierce met with me first to discuss the job, communicated well with me by email and called to inform me when he was forced to change the date of the work. His workmen were efficient and pleasant. They installed two downpipe extensions, removing existing downpipes and fixing a broken eavestrough.

Before the winter we called Tip Top Trough to do some down pipe work for us. They provided exceptional service. There was a patch that was installed in the wrong colour just to get the service in before the snow. They said they would come to replace it in the spring. Low and behold without even contacting them they called us to let us know the work would be done that day. I had forgotten about this but Tip Top Trough did not! This is what i call great customer service. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend their services to others.
