We wish we never had to do this job but sadly the gorgeous home we bought had no waterproofing and was leaking. On the first day that City Wide's crew came to work, they realized that there was a problem in our house that we didn't realize - namely, we had no footings and that the studs that were wet were actually load-bearing walls. It's a long story but if City Wide's crew were not more experienced, they would have gone ahead with the first step (cutting the wet studs) and this could have caused our house to collapse! We are sooo glad we hired a reputable company that has experience. Anyway we had our engineer check out what City Wide was saying and it was 100% true. Chris was so patient with us through this whole process as it took us a long time to decide how to proceed. Eventually when we were ready he gave us a great price, negotiated with us a bit, and we went ahead. The crew was so professional. Every night when they went the site looked as if my mother came and cleaned it. It was amazing. I have already recommended City Wide and would do so again in a heartbeat.

City Wide Group was very professional with their estimating and workmanship. I found them very pleasant and easy to deal with. The entire job was completed very smoothly and quickly.

We have a house that is approx. 90 years old in the high park area. We are a semi detatched house, and were experiencing a leak on the detatched side of the house. Steve from City Wide Group came over to provide and estimate. We were happy they were able to remove and replace our concrete driveway without having to get multiple contractors involved. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and professionalism carried out by Steve and the crew assigned to complete the project. I wish all contractors operated in such was as city wide.

I wanted to use a local waterproofing contractor, so I had a few of them come by to give an estimate. City Wide was just a touch higher, but I felt comfortable with them so I hired them. I am thankful I did, because they did an excellent job, and did exactly what they promised and beyond. I will tell my friends and family about this company.

City Wide Group waterproofed out foundation in a very timely manner. They worked effectively and efficiently from beginning to end. There was an interlocking walk way that had to be dismantled and replaced. City Wide reinstalled it better than original. Overall a great experience, staff was very easy to deal with.

Amazing company! I was quoted by a few other companies but the city wide group was the best. Customer service, reliable, friendly and fair. They gave me exactly what I wanted. Very Professional, would defenatly recommend!!!!

I had gathered a few quotes from waterproofing companies in the area. They all insisted on excvating around the house with big machines, which I really wanted to avoid. Chris from City Wide Group was the only one who was willing to meet my request and have it all hand dug, and for a fair price. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. My gorunds were kept clear of all excess soil and waste. They did a very thorough job, and I do not expect to see water in my basement again. Great job overall. A+

Having used City Wide Group to waterproof and fix our wet basement in Toronto, we were very pleased with the work, so we convinced them to come to Muskoka to waterproof a portion of our cottage foundation. We were once again very satisfied with the work, and would not hesitate to call them in the event we requried their services else where. Thanks again!

We had water coming into our basement through a crack in the foundation. We had a couple companies come out and they suggested an inside repair. We selected City Wide Group, as their approach was much more thorough, as it involved sealing the crack externally. We have since had a dry basement. I highly recommend this company to anyone facing the same issue.

I have contracted City Wide Group a number of times of the years to waterproof several units in a town house community. They have always completed the jobs in a very clean and timely manner. Highly recommend!
