After I had a home energy audit done, I knew what was needed to be done in terms of my insulation addition. I called around a few places and the owner actually answered my calls and gave what I thought was the most reasonable quote. I also had some problems with potlights which were not IC rated and thus leaking air. I had them add some of those plastic blue covers before adding insulation (going from R20 -> R50). They also insulated and sealed my access hatch. I also had leaks from all of my older potlights on the main floor, and they managed to find the access panel (without me showing them that it was tucked away in a broom closet) and they managed to blow some more insulation in the gap between my kitchen and top floor. Now the house is much cooler in the summer and I use my A/C much less than before. Hopefully this winter will be better on lower heating bills as well. Great job, everything was very clean and nothing damaged. Would definitely use them again or recommend to others.

Called the Zenic crew to set-up re-insulating my attic. They gave me a great quote over the phone and where very confident that they didn't need to visit the site to see what it would be like. (They've done a ton of attic insulations.) They arrived right when they said they would and finish right when they said they would. All at the price they quoted. Both Zdenek and Oliver were quick and thorough. I had some work done in my roof and the previous tradesmen threw the old insulation all around. Zdenek repaired the damage and laid the new insulation. Fast, profession, & a great price. I highly recommend!

I called Zenic and he gave me a quote over the phone after I provided him with my house parameters. He said he would come at noon the next day and at 12 noon there he was ...at the door with his courteous crew which included his son. In two hours the job was completed ...his son John inspected it with me and the invoice was exactly as quoted. They were very clean and tidy and when my wife arrived a few hours later she had no idea workmen with equipment were even in the house. The next day an inspector came to review the insulation job so I could apply for the government grant and the inspector gave us a perfect report. Thank you Zenic and crew.

Zenic provided me with a firm quote for my attic insulation. He and his associate arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently. Clean-up was good and the best part was he was very patient when I asked many questions about my house. Zenic provided me with all the information about attic ventilation in a kind and knowledgeable style.

We are very happy with the work. Zenic came out on a Sunday morning and on very short notice. He and his man cleaned up, he sat down after for a coffee and was personable and friendly. I saw his company through Homestars.com. I called him for an estimate which is very simple ( other companies were not so straight forward) Got the job done yesterday and quiet happy. he put baffles in the attic first then after he finished, he asked me to check his job. no surprise with the invoice. leave the place clean. He deals with you directly without any salesman, do the work himself( no other crew or subcontractor). I strongly recommend him.

Zenic and crew did a fantastic job. Came on time as scheduled, explained the procedure and covered all the traffic area with protective cloth.I was asked to inspect the completed work before payment. Zenic was very professional and answered all my questions well. We knew that the insulation in our attic was low and needed to be taken care of. With the winter months fast approaching, we felt this would be as good as any time to have this done. We were referred to Zenic by our friends and we couldn't be more happy. They arrived on time and finished the job well and in a timely manner.
