    Duct Cleaning

    CCS arrived at our home on time, they explained to me what they would be doing, they took the time to clean each vent/cold air return individually. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. They did a remarkable job! We are so pleased to be breathing clean air. I would definitely have them back again in the future. Thank you!

    Duct Cleaning

    A family business with attention to detail and satisfaction. I was totally pleased with the service provided by the individuals whom worked at our house. They were punctual, polite and did an excellent job without any issues or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My sister in law in Woodstock wanted to utilize them, but, unfortunately that area is not in CCS's jurisdiction.

    Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing

    I purchased this through Wag jag in March and called on a Saturday to book the appointment. I got the answer machine and decided to call back after lunch and my call was answered. They arrived today at the scheduled appointment time and did an excellent job. I can understand the frustrations from others writing recent reviews about not being able to reach the company and a missed appointment on a work day. I was told there was a loss of a sister, who was the person answering calls and booking appointments. I can only imagine the loss this family is feeling at this time on a personal and business level. I hope others reading this will show some compassion and patience for this family during their time of grieving. I am happy to patronage a small family run business and hope others will continue to support this company. Thanks for the clean air ducts.

    wagjag duct cleaning

    We got a wagjag...and have tried to contact CCS about 6-7 times now through both of their phone #'s and email....still no response. in reading through these reviews...I see there was a death in the family, however I still dont think this justifies calls and emails being unanswered or returned. More communication with the customer is definitely needed!!

    cleaning

    I also had an appointment no show recently but was not told of a death, just that someone was supposed to call. I think this must be a small company because i have never had anyone answer the phone when i call and always takes a few days for a call back. not sure if this is bc it was a wag jag..still hoping for smoeone to call back really want this cleaning done before my new baby arrives...will update with actual service report if/when this happens!

Sorry but we had a death in the family, I'm not sure how other people deal with their family deaths or close friends but this is prob the most un greatful reviews we have had in 26 years!! And yes it is a small business with only 4 trucks but its family owned and operated and we have shut down for a week or so. We have lost a member of our family and shouldn't have to debate it on here! If you must know it was our sister that answers the calls and books. I feel as if we come out to do your home it will be just a confict, please ask for a refund!! To all of our other great customers please be patient we will be up and runing next monday!     Duct Cleaning Disappointment

    CCS never showed up to the appointment that they arranged with me, which was on a workday BTW. Several attempts to contact CCS and its owner went unanswered and completely ignored. 5 days after the missed appointment, and no contact from the company after several attempts, I had to call WagJag.com to cancel my purchase. CCS Duct Cleanings inability to perform the service, and total lack of communication in a professional manner, left me completely and utterly disappointed. I will not be using CCS Duct Cleaning, nor will I recommend them to anyone else in the future.

    Duct Cleaning

    Just finished having my ducts serviced by CCS Duct Cleaning service. Professional equipment and staff. All ductwork inspected and cleaned with minimum inconvenience. All process and equipment explained so I knew exactly what was being done and why. Very reasonable/fair price for services performed with no surprises or additional fees/charges!

    Duct cleaning

    Horrible customer service. Owner hung up on me and gave me a lecture. I understand the customer isn't always right but I don't need to be yelled at over the phone !! I would not at all recommend dealing with these guys!

    Duct Cleaning

    Phoned because we save one of their coupons in a pharmacy, the coupon was expired but when I phoned they said they would honor this $25.00 coupon. Wow, that was great. When the arrived, he was early but asked if it was okay to start now or he could wait. He was quick, courteous,an animal person, and answered any of our questions quickly. We were well pleased with the service and would recommend CCS duct Cleaning to everyone!!!! Thank you for a job well done! Monika

    duct cleaning

    13 vent home , completed for $150.00 . Most companies charge a hook up fee of approx. $100.00 plus 12/vent. CCS had an advertised $30.00 discounted special. Cost was $89.00 for hook up plus $8.00/vent. Discount offerd for cash payments.
