    Garage Door maintenance

    I called just to do a yearly maintenance on the door, garage door opener, etc. Ernie called before he came-a bonus! Fixed a few issues with the door, and found that the battery backup to our garage door opener was dead and probably has been for years ! Fixed it. Very knowledgeable and an all around nice guy! Love the service.

    Garage Door

    Replaced bend tracks and door. Very friendly and professional. It was very quick as well. The tracks were bend and they striaghtened it by hand. The door was very old and heavy. It was a lot of work but did a great job.

    Garage door, opener, and caps

    Great service, fast and efficient... reasonable price.

    I called on a Friday afternoon regarding my garage door opener that wasn't working. Ernie was at my house within the hour. The unit needed to be replaced and was installed two days later by Ryan. Both Ernie, Ryan and the office staff were great to deal with.

    Can't go wrong with Markham Garage Doors Ltd.

    I just love their superior customer service and communication (Thank you Louis.) Technician (Ryan) show up on time, clean up all the mess and take away my old garage door once finish. He also show up the next day for minor adjustment as per my requested, just moment shortly after I sent my email request . I rarely see any company such as Markham Garage Doors Ltd. Who is willing to take the time to respond every single review . This is a great indication of a reliable company. I highly recommend it.

    New Garage Door for Custom Home

    Garage Door installation

    A very professional and efficient process from the initial phone call for replacement and installation of garage doors. Kevin was quick to respond and detailed with the quote and process of the job. Avery was polite, on time and efficient with the installation of 2 garage doors. There was an unexpected issue with the motor that Avery dealt with at no extra fees. Overall we are extremely satisfied.

    Repair and adjust garage doors.

    Our 22-year old garage door stopped working when both cables came off the pulleys. Markham came within 24 hours, replaced the main spring and adjusted and lubricated everything. They even did a tune-up on my second door at no charge. I would definitely recommend Markham to anyone!

    Fair, Knowledgeable, Communicative and Easy to Work With

    Five stars are for their fairness, for their being communicative, and for the company's being easy to work with: My garage door opener turned out to have an issue of sensor alignment. The specialist on the phone, Louis, spent 15 minutes with me to teach me what the issue was and how to fix it (free of charge). The issue is fixed now. This is in full contrast to my experience with other companies: I had the same issue last winter, I called another company and the serviceman who came to service the door opener, changed his mind about the issue several times, trying to convince me to buy a new garage door opener each step of the way while charging me $150 for the service. I will be contacting Markham Garage Doors for future issues with my garage door as their professionalism and fairness was manifested by them helping me with the door opener. People like Louis are rare, and company's that foster this culture are hard to come by in this day and age. Markham Garage Doors might have forfeited their one time charge by helping me on the phone, but now they have gained a life-time customer who will introduce them to friends and family.

    garage door repair

    One of my garage door torsion springs needed replacing so I called Markham Garage Doors Ltd. It's not often that I do the "Smart" thing (ask my wife) but this company made me look like a genius. They said they would have a tech at my house in an hour and 30 minutes later I had the good fortune to meet Ernie. As he was pulling into the driveway we heard a loud "crack" and the spring on my other door snapped! Ernie was on a tight schedule but assured me he would install springs on both doors to our satisfaction before he left. Knowledgeable, personable and a gentleman to boot doe's not do Ernie justice. In today's world it's rare when you meet an individual or company that still values its customers and delivers what they say they will. Not only did I meet a new friend today but have a new found respect for a local company.
