We were looking forward to having our run reglazed white as it was blue, we called to book they came in and after the drying period they removed the tape and coverings and left, the entire mid to base of the tub was full of drip marks, parts of the tub you could still see the blue. Very disappointed l, they absolutely would have been able to see all of this as they were removing the tape and they did not mention it. They left and did not answer our calls, days later we finally received a call back and we’re told we had to wait week or so for the curing time before they could come back. They came and it looked worse than the first time. We tried to contact and the number was no longer available and the business said it was temporarily closed. This was in April and we still can not get ahold of anyone. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Would not recommend at all.

The tub guys came in and fixed a horrible job a previous contractor completed. The process to book was easy and the job was completed quickly and was well done. The paint they use is FAR less potent smelling than the previous job we had done. After the glazing there was a small stain apparent and they quickly came to do a touch up. I highly recommend these guys.

Happy with the result. They took our old yellow cast iron tub that had been painted by the previous owners and made it look shiny and new. We also had old tiles up to the ceiling that were in rough shape that look much better now. I put in new chrome handles and a shower head, and it’s made a big difference. The material is quite stinky but we just opened windows and it wasn’t too bad. It was done in just a few days and they cleaned up everything. I would say the downside is that I have kids who like to use bath bombs but the bright colours are not recommend as it could stain the tub, so we are more cautious about that now to prevent damage. I also bought a horizontal shower bar from Umbra to keep bottles off the tub as soaps can damage the finish. All in all I would recommend this. It’s a night and day difference for our bathroom.

4.5 years ago we used Rustoleum Tub&Tile product to reglaze our own bathtub and surround. The product wasn't easy to work with and the results were okay but left something to be desired. This past year, the reglazing we had done started chipping away. This weekend we had the TubGuys come in and reglaze our bathtub and surround. We are so happy with the work that was accomplished; the guys spent hours sanding down and reworking what we had done so that they could reglaze. They were polite, professional, on time, and even went so far as to bring in our garbage bins since it was garbage day. I would highly recommend them!

We are so happy to have found the tub guys to redo our old tub. They were also so kind and took out the drain (that a plumber said couldn’t come out), tracked down an extra piece so that they could fit a new drain in. So unexpected and appreciated! Saved a lot of work and so happy with the “new” tub!

From the first contact I was already impressed ... response time was almost immediate... also the first contact was on Friday and I was able to have it done on Monday. The two guys showed up exactly on time in a great mood ... It was pleasant having them around the house. I recently utilized the services of Bath Tub Guys for the reglazing of on of a bath tubs at my home. I am very must satisfied with their services. I would highly recommend them for refurbishing/reglazing of bath tub. I found them to very professional and friendly and do a nice job

As a new homeowner of a very old home. We were looking to save some money by doing the reglazing of the tub on our own. It did not go well. The tub ended up being really sticky and really messy. So we ended up calling the tub guys and they did such a wonderful job. The tub looks great and practically new! The fellas who came in to do the work were extremely polite and knowledgable. This service is definitely highly recommended for those not looking to do a full reno of the bathroom.

We first used The Tub Guys 11 years ago to re-glaze the bone tub in the main bathroom. It was a great job then but with wear and tear a few bubbles and chips started to appear, so we got them back last month to re-glaze both the tub and surrounding wall tiles in white (they lo longer do bone). Angela is great to work with in coordinating everything & Will and J.J. were a pleasure to have in the house. They did an excellent job and we're thrilled with the colour change, with the white really brightens up the room.

The Tub Guys did a great job bringing out scratched-up bathtub back to life. They were friendly, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. If you're looking to revive an old tub, these guys are the ones to call.
