Certain parts in my toilet tank were not working properly so I initially contacted Strong Plumbing by email with the details and 3 pictures and I indicated when I would be available. The first day of the week I was available, I sent a text message to Strong Plumbing and Valentin replied by text within 15 minutes. Valentin had read my email and knew exactly what I required and provided a quote for the plumbing job. I was very pleased with the work that Valentin did. He installed new parts in my toilet tank and installed a new shut off valve and a new line for my toilet. If you ever require an honest, efficient and knowledgeable Master Plumber, I recommend you contact Valentin of Strong Plumbing and you won't be disappointed.

I contacted Strong Plumbing about a leak from the bottom of our toilet. Valentin responded quickly with a quote and had us booked in the next day. He communicated everything clearly, replaced the gasket and left no mess behind. Wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future.

Val was responsive and is clearly knowledgeable. He provided me with everything I needed to obtain the city's rebates for these services, as well as to communicate with my insurer. He had his amazing team (shout out to Dennis!) at my place within a week of my retaining him. Val was easy to communicate with by text message, and completely professional in our dealings. We then contacted Valentin, received an estimate, and scheduled an appointment within four hours of texting him. Valentin is the best! I had him inspect the valves under my kitchen sink and install a new faucet. After he diagnosed the situation, he determined my valves were ok and did not need upgrades or repairs. I had a bad experience with another plumber who unnecessarily upgraded nearly everything in my other kitchen at a huge cost. Valentin was the complete opposite and only fixed what needed to be done, nothing extra. The main pro is Valentin is super responsive with his communication. He always takes the time to answer all of my silly questions about plumbing. I don't know how he does it. He is truly a professor of plumbing! I cannot recommend Professor Valentin enough.
